  1. We have multiple groups in our business and each of the groups have multiple locations. Currently you are not able to select all (or multiple) locations in a group when running a people presence report. If this function could be added it would be easier than running multiple reports.

  3. I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.

    I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.

    This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

  5. Provide each user with a history of their checkin's during a defined time period, eg. the last financial year, so that they can easily track their in office attendance. Helps when calculating 'Work from Home' tax deductions (251 working days, minus 20 days leave, minus 130 days of in office attendance = 101 days working from home).

  6. MRI is set up by location, a company can have many locations. So when trying to gather data on eLearning Inductions it seems crazy that I cannot filter these by location. Please could this be added in the future.

  7. We have a trigger to not allow employees to sign in if the induction training is incomplete. But the trigger does not pop up until the employee goes through the whole sign in process and answers about 10 questions. It would save a lot of time if the trigger popped up on the screen right after the employee searched for their name. This would also be helpful for contractors as well.

  8. My site has 63 Locations that must be billed for their SMS usage.
    The Notification Exported report does not include the Location column, so can not be used to filter the usage by Location.
    Just to note, the Notification by Location selection on screen does not work at all so I don't have that option.

  9. It would be beneficial to be able to create and print reports, for particular sites or inductions, especially for ones that have not passed inductions.

  11. When reporting you can select more than 1 type of person ie. report on visitors and contractor and/or employees at the one time. Preferably a tick box or select all
