  1. Create an option in the platform to be able to alert a response team. First aid responder, spill response, etc.

    in the main app or mobile app be able to summon or dispatch First aid responders or Spill responders to a location. Those individuals would have that role "first aid" or "spill response" and once activated they would get a text telling them "First aid" or "spill" with a location.

  2. Auto-export and email to a designated email address on a schedule the User Roles report

    Allow reports such as the 'User Roles' report to be auto-exported and emailed to a designated email address on a schedule of our choice.

  3. MFA for Admins

    For added security, MFA(text/email/app) should be added for those that has Admin Role or Owner of the system even without enabling Single sign-on with SAML.

  4. Employees off-site but still available to be selected as hosts.

    Can Employees that Host Contractors and/or Visitors, but are off site and not signed-in, be automatically made unavailable to host contractors or visitors.

    Employees should only be available to host contractors/visitors if they are on-site to host them.
