  2. When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

  3. It would be a good idea to have a space listing all your terminated properties on the vacancy dashboard so you can see not only your vacating but also your 90 day termos coming up etc.

  4. When recording email threads that have been sent through another platform, such as Gmail, there is limited room in the notes to paste/document this conversation which makes it difficult for record keeping.

  6. Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.

  7. The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:

    1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.

    2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such…

  8. Column headings on all forms should be display on each page. For example, the owner ledger and tenancy rent summary have the headings displayed on the first page, however the information flows onto more pages and you cannot see the column heading on those pages.

  9. Can you re-open an email that you have sent via the email icon on a profile to continue to thread? ie. you want to follow up on prior email sent as no response without starting a new chain.

    I cannot see an option for this only an option to reopen if you specifically sent it from the communication platform via "compose" message and go via filtered complete items.

  11. It would be great if work orders could be automated for the regular compliance items as it is so time consuming. Things like 6 months fire checks, annual backflow testing, annual thermoscans.

  12. An option to include a method to track external expenses within Property Tree so that they are recorded on ownership statements and annual I&E Statements for tax purposes.

    I have a few owners that like all their property expenses to be recorded in once place so they don't have to worry about saving seperate reciepts to give to their accountant.

    E.G. recording a Bunnings reciept for a replacement shower head that was installed by the owner rather than a handyman/plumber.

  13. One property has two owners who have strongly requested they both receive all email communications. Currently we can only select one primary recipient in PT (which suits 99% of our owners) so we are relying on memory to do this manually. This is far from ideal.

    It would be ideal to select all the recipients who want to receive email correspondence.

  14. We have a few tenancies where they hold no bond (mostly as owner requested not to/family friend etc)

    We cannot edit the bond REF section to say 'No Bond Required' and or add a description unless the amount is greater than '0'.

    We do not want to enter an amount as then it will have those funds as outstanding and we would like the reporting to be accurate.

    Can there be a way to have a section for 'no bond' and or be able to write into what's available with the amount being kept as $0.

  16. We have multiple tenancies were companies are paying the rent for staff and require invoices - can this option be added to the residential side where rent and dates can be carried forward without the deletion of manual invoices.

  17. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  18. Option to deactivate/archive a mail merge template without deleting it from the templates in full. At present having to rename so it drops to the bottom of the template list.
