  3. When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

  4. It would be a good idea to have a space listing all your terminated properties on the vacancy dashboard so you can see not only your vacating but also your 90 day termos coming up etc.

  5. When recording email threads that have been sent through another platform, such as Gmail, there is limited room in the notes to paste/document this conversation which makes it difficult for record keeping.

  7. Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.

  8. The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:

    1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.

    2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such…

  9. Column headings on all forms should be display on each page. For example, the owner ledger and tenancy rent summary have the headings displayed on the first page, however the information flows onto more pages and you cannot see the column heading on those pages.

  12. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  14. Have an option to list properties in alphabetical order, or numerical order on owner statement rather than just the order of property ID, so easier to read, you could do this in REST, there was an option in property - REPORTING ORDER.

  15. It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

  18. Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen.   19. Hi,

    Few things I would like to suggest

    1. When creating workflow templates, you select which profile it is for tenancy, property or owner. It would be great when you duplicate the template that you can choose a different profile if needed and or when you reopen/edit an existing one, you can change it for the desired profile.

    2. Be able to link emails sent to the workflow/tasks

    3. General tasks for the agent - for that to be a tile on the dashboard so when you are on it, the general tasks are staring you in the face and you do not…

  20. Have an option when paying out unknown funds to include an EFT Reference that is displayed on the bank statement of the person receiving the money. This is especially important when paying out unclaimed money to revenue as payments to them must include a reference number which they provide.
