  1. Have an area in communications for staff to communicate important information regarding the property/tenant so everyone can see what is happening, eg "advised plumber that the owner authorised replacement of hwu". Everyone can see that it has been actioned.

  2. Hi, just wondering if we could bing the integration with EagleCRM, we've been heavily working on this CRM and PropertyTree, and we wish that we could get this two working seamlessly with Database exchange. many thanks

  4. Add two more sections to the owner payment information that lets more Users to add more context to the reference section of payments to Owners. Currently there are three section to the refereces, one has the company name (but cant be changed), one is the editable section, and one is blank. Please let us edit the first section and add more for the last.
    This is helpful for the owners who have multiple properties or the owners request other information alongside their payments.
    Would also be great if they could have Merge Fields that could pull information automatically from information…

  5. As you did for the renewal fee to automatically charge when lease renewal dates are changed (as an event) could the same principles be applied for Advertising Fees one a prospect tenant has been converted to a current tenant

  6. Ability for the system to auto credit from our general account.
    E.g the 95 cents transaction fee that will be payable through NAB easy rent

    If you are acquiring a Rent Roll and offsetting this cost for new managements, doing this manually can become quite time consuming

  9. A way to enter payments onto a landlord statement / I&E Report that were made by them, direct eg. an owner has made payment for a replacement oven using a CC but I'd like to note that on file, for them

  10. To have the option to have a second email address noted as a secondary email so an email can be sent to two owners and not all emails or just the primary email address when creating and sending a bulk mail merge.

  11. eg: if renter has a part payment and is vacating, show a positive under the rent (Total Arrears) instead of showing $0.00 show a + to indicate overpayment

  12. When paying out vendor payments to agency to cover shortfall on commissions payable there should be an option when paying out multiple sales that it operates like a vendor clearing account. This way you have a bulk total which is better than doing multiple journals to and from each property making it messy. As 5% sales are not uncommon this should be a option when paying out a vendor with a large number of properties.

  13. It would be great if the communications tab could be expanded to include a record of phone calls. I know a note could be created, but all communication events should really be in the one place.

    Currently you can see all emails and text messages that have been sent but having the ability to manually add a record of a conversation would really complete this feature.

    The communications tab could then be enhanced with an option to filter by 'category'.

  15. Could there be a way to save the edited version of a Merge Letter? The letter template only is saved into Communications so no record is kept of what was actually typed and sent.

  16. It would be useful to add a column of invoice amount under the document tap for ownership as we usually look up past invoices and look for one that has a certain figure that we have in mind.

  19. A weekly generated email to the Team Leads, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great - outlining where their staff and portfolio's are at.

    Providing a view to on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their management week week up for success.

  20. Download agency ledger as a cvs as this is the report that gives a line item breakdown of each period's agency statement. The fee report that CAN be downloaded has to be adjusted for GST AND always has some reconciling items due to part payments.
