  2. Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.

  3. The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:

    1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.

    2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such…

  4. Column headings on all forms should be display on each page. For example, the owner ledger and tenancy rent summary have the headings displayed on the first page, however the information flows onto more pages and you cannot see the column heading on those pages.

  5. Coming up to the Easter long weekend our team has suggested how handy it would be to be able to lodge work orders directly from the app. It seems to have mostly everything else that we need but this is one major thing that would benefit us !

In the Property Tab it would be great if under property Details there was provision for STRATA property to be identified next to Property Type, number of bedrooms, number of bathroom , number of parking. There are so many new houses now which look like are free standing Torens Title BUT are Strata Title... which causes so much confusion because By Laws are not thought to be asked for. Please can this be considered to alert all us property managers about STRATA properties...

  9. When a creditor gives a refund (credit) against his original invoice.
    It would be good to allow the credit to be entered against his previous invoice or on his ledger.
    Even if it leaves a credit balance on the creditor.

  10. I would like to suggest that documents are automatically deleted from the file if archived 7+ years - to be in alignment with privacy requirements
    OR
    Report to be generated showing files that have been archived for 7+ years so we can review and delete documents accordingly

  12. When processing an invoice in Invoice Genius, the system should clearly identify if a property has been marked as Lost Management or Not for Relet where this has already been set up in the property profile.

    At present, Accounts have no visibility of this information in Invoice Genius. If these statuses are recorded against the profile, they should flow through and be visible during invoice processing. This is basic operational information that the Accounts team needs in order to do their job accurately and efficiently.

    To be frank, there is nothing “genius” about Invoice Genius in its current state. Issues…

  17. PT → Eagle sync operates on an all-or-nothing basis for eligible rentals
    No filtering or opt-in controls available.

    It would be nice if we could select which listings we want to send via the integration would work in conjunction with the two-way sync UV

  18. Why is archiving properties/tenants/landlords such a nauseating process.
