  2. Can we request an option under Rent Arrears Automations to have the option to turn off notifications on weekends - ie send only on weekdays.
    Our office does not conduct banking on weekends.

  3. Currently, if something is accidentally entered or marked as completed incorrectly, there’s no way to remove it from the system.

    For example, we have a migrated “Smoke Alarm” category that we no longer use. There are three properties where this category was marked as complete, and it can’t be deleted from the property tab. As a result, we now have a redundant category cluttering the list that we don’t and will never use.

  4. There is currently an Automated Arrears Notices in place with Days After.
    It would be great to be able to set up Automated Rent Reminder with the ability to send "Days Before"

  7. Could you make the Tabs(ex. lease & rent, financials, etc.) stay fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling down - similar to how the Tenancy, Property, and Ownership Profile sections remain visible - so that we don’t have to scroll back up to switch tabs?

  8. We have an issue where holding deposits are taken by Direct Debit but we have to convert the tenant from a prospect to load in the direct debit details. This is then charging our new tenancy fees.

    We need to be able to convert the tenant but have the trigger for the fee be Original Lease Start Date.

    Having to convert a tenant from a prospect to get an ingoing completed and lease generated (without having to duplicate the information) means we are charging an owner fees before the lease commences.

    The only work around is to have duplicate fees…

  9. Ability to Link a paid invoice to maintenance job. In trying to close off old maintenance jobs, it would be good to be able to link the paid invoice and close the job.

  10. I'm resubmitting this idea, as I still believe it to be very useful. Per original -Could we have the field/column "Last Statement Date" available when searching Ownership Funds. This would be extremely helpful after processing EOM Ownership Statements, as it would allow us to identify those that did not get paid (via Ownership Statement Group/Tag). We cannot easily identify when EOM Ownerships have not been paid for the month.
    Additional use, would show inactive Owners, so that we can review any not paid within a period. Hopefully, more interest this time!

  11. Currently you can only see 1 number beside a contact. If a contact has multiple numbers eg a home & mobile, only 1 is visible at a time. Therefore you have to remember they have 2 and click edit to see the other number. Would be good to be able to view all numbers or at least have a drop down beside the number to prompt that they have multiple numbers

  12. Under the contacts it would be helpful to have a "middle" name section as there is currently a first, last and preferred name section. As we saved tenant and owners middle names they are currently being saved under the first name but to be more streamlined and tidy/easier to navigate it wuld be helpful to have a middle name section.

  13. We would like the ability to edit the downloadable PDF work order link that is sent to the trades. Currently we can only edit the email communication sent to the trade and not the work order. We would like to include invoice instructions that come up on the PDF not just the original email as trades tend to print the work order and never look at the original email again.

  14. Suggesting an automated email and/or sms function that goes out to any owner that doesn't reply to a maintenance request after we hit "request approval".

    eg. automated after 3 days for non-urgent maintennace if no response received (Hi Mr/Mrs x, we are following up on the repair request we sent through that you may have missed, please reply with your instructions etc etc)

  15. When a new tenant is entered it automatically generates the first inspection date but doesnt automaticaly assign the inspecting agent to this inspection. We would like it to be automatically assigned when this date is populated as it often gets missed unless we do the report for the unassigned inspections.

  16. It would be fantastic if the tags under the Property, Tenancy and Landlord Profile could be hyperlinked so take you to all properties/tenancies/landlords listed with that tag

  17. Add a section that will show up in search bars / creditor invoice bars for custom acronyms or codes for creditors instead of only having the full name search. Like a 'nickname'.

    Examples:
    'PCA' for Property Compliance Australia
    'LCC' for Logan City Council
    'SATS' for Smoke Alarm Testing Services

  19. This would involve adding a "Position" field into the "Update User Details" page and then a {CurrentUser_Position} field into the mail merge template.
    It would allow more flexibility when generating emails.

  20. Like we can see in the communications tab we can see when the recipient has open email etc.
    Can we have this tab when we click on the communications when in the tenant or ownership account.
