  1. If there is an option to put all bills processed into a 'pending approval' area then anyone ie assistant/receiptionist/accountant etc can enter the bills and the PM can just glance over them to check accuracy and that the work has been okayed by the owner and click approve. It would also mean that invoiced get a second look before being paid which would avoid a lot of mistakes and double ups.

  2. I think the window for the email is very small and if you are writing a long email, you can't see the whole thing - why is it limited to a third of screen?

  3. if a code is for example 08651 your program wont show anything until I have entered the entire code. It would be great, like in other competitor programs, for the system to predict as the user is typing

  4. Provide ability to print the whole financial year in one document, instead of monthly. Also a help for accountancy & auditors.

  5. Increase the uploadable file size to the documents tab for larger condition reports or property contracts to be uploaded without needing to compress or split the document

  8. Remove the "Manage your inspections here." hard-coded message from routine inspection emails so Tenants can't make changes to the set inspection time unless they contact the office.

  9. It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

  10. Ownership statement template improvements

    1. Template fields to include respective "Property Manager" for signing off.

    2. Have one link to which consolidates both the ownership statements and creditor invoices – this “one click” consolidation into one document is an appreciated convenience for owners to have statements and supporting documents in one file.

  11. We have a Conveyancer who you can only send funds to prior to Settlement via BPAY. On the financial details screen you can only select Cheque or EFT as a payment method. Property Tree support told me to select cheque option and create payment in the sales trust. Our auditors will not be overly happy with this - please include BPAY as a payment option.

  12. When the rent is receipted and the tenant has no email, then send the rent receipt to the company inbox so it can be printed and sent to the tenant - like how PT does this with Automated Communications.

  13. Hi, We moved across from VaultRE, and are missing the area that we could go in to view our past support tickets. Sometimes the emails with the transcripts of the chat come through, and not other times. I think that it would help reduce the amount of reoccurring chats for your team and give us something to revert back to to save getting in touch. We found it really handy, as our team could discuss if anyone else has had the same question, we could just refer back to our historic tickets. We would love it if you would consider…

  14. In Maintenance under quotes requested, it would be good if you could delete or cancel a quote request if creditor advises that they don't do specific request. Or at least be able to tick a box cancelled and see it in the request area.

With the new feature where a bond increase can be added with a rent increase, its it possible to have Property Tree calculate what the increase is rather than relying on users calculating this leaving room for mistakes. This could be a pre-determined setting based on bond being equal to 4 weeks rent or whatever is set up for each account.

  18. I hope you can allow users to generate/download trust & reports in bulk as it is so hard especially when downloading Creditor Payment Batch List one by one as there are so many, because it is required in our office to save the reports locally as PDFs.

  19. Be able to add a PDF of the bond Document from Rental Bonds Online to the Bond & Deposits section of a tenancy. Further, when adding to this, it should also add as a copy to the Documents section. This would be a much more thorough way to ensure we hold the right documents.

  20. Need a way to restrict a user from being able to see/access the “All Inboxes” option in Communications. I know how to make this visible or non visible for a user but not if we can stop someone from being able to access altogether.
