  2. It would be most helpful to be able to print a tenant status report that included tenant contact details such as names, emails and phone numbers like the old rest system could produce

  3. It would be great if work orders could be automated for the regular compliance items as it is so time consuming. Things like 6 months fire checks, annual backflow testing, annual thermoscans.

  4. An option to include a method to track external expenses within Property Tree so that they are recorded on ownership statements and annual I&E Statements for tax purposes.

    I have a few owners that like all their property expenses to be recorded in once place so they don't have to worry about saving seperate reciepts to give to their accountant.

    E.G. recording a Bunnings reciept for a replacement shower head that was installed by the owner rather than a handyman/plumber.

  5. One property has two owners who have strongly requested they both receive all email communications. Currently we can only select one primary recipient in PT (which suits 99% of our owners) so we are relying on memory to do this manually. This is far from ideal.

    It would be ideal to select all the recipients who want to receive email correspondence.

  6. We have a few tenancies where they hold no bond (mostly as owner requested not to/family friend etc)

    We cannot edit the bond REF section to say 'No Bond Required' and or add a description unless the amount is greater than '0'.

    We do not want to enter an amount as then it will have those funds as outstanding and we would like the reporting to be accurate.

    Can there be a way to have a section for 'no bond' and or be able to write into what's available with the amount being kept as $0.

  8. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  9. Option to deactivate/archive a mail merge template without deleting it from the templates in full. At present having to rename so it drops to the bottom of the template list.

  11. Have an option when paying out unknown funds to include an EFT Reference that is displayed on the bank statement of the person receiving the money. This is especially important when paying out unclaimed money to revenue as payments to them must include a reference number which they provide.

  12. Some properties have access codes as well as keys. There is only a space for a key number. Can you add an option for codes.

  13. Please create a section to duplicate properties. e.g. one owner with 20 units all on one property instead of entering every unit one by one.

  14. Improve the search function to search all data. If I enter a suburb, bring it up. I hate that I have to type in the entire address. Or a tenant or owner surname, again I have to type the entire name. Other software you can type anything in the data and it searches. Any part of a name, address, code or even mobiles.

  15. Currently, if something is accidentally entered or marked as completed incorrectly, there’s no way to remove it from the system.

    For example, we have a migrated “Smoke Alarm” category that we no longer use. There are three properties where this category was marked as complete, and it can’t be deleted from the property tab. As a result, we now have a redundant category cluttering the list that we don’t and will never use.

  16. Mark a property as yes/no water usage is charged and have this automatically filter to the tenancy (perhaps with the ability to override for extenuating circumstances). This way each new tenancy will always reflect the property rather than having to look it up with each new tenancy and recall why water usage is/isn't charged (would also be good if it was a NO that a reason could be entered so that future property managers arent left scratching their heads

  17. Create a report so that a department head (administrator) can search for arrears which are suspended indefinitely. This would be highly valuable as suspended arrears can compromise the legal position of an agency if serious tenant default occurs, and can compromise the owner's insurance position.

  19. Could you make the Tabs(ex. lease & rent, financials, etc.) stay fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling down - similar to how the Tenancy, Property, and Ownership Profile sections remain visible - so that we don’t have to scroll back up to switch tabs?

  20. Allow the 3 inspection notification's to be sent to tenants in all inspection settings. Currently they stop on proposal, second and third reminder are not sent unless the inspection is manually changed to confirm.
