  1. We would like to have a merge field available that allows us to record the year the property was built. We require this information to be able to track our portfolio and ascertain low medium and high risk for asbestos and lead contamination throughout our portfolio. This would be hugely helpful rather than have to record this information separately.

  3. We have had a lot of owners request for their EOFY statements to be sent to them as an excel file rather than a PDF file.

    It would be great to have this option to generate the statement as an excel file - if and when required.

  5. To be able to run a strata plan report to show the linked properties.

    At the moment you have to look at each individual strata plan to find the properties.

    REST had such great reporting and it is the biggest let down of Property Tree.

  6. To be able to click on reply and select a template to use for your reply.

    This would save going into the template, copying and then pasting in your reply.

    A lot of replies to emails are template replies and having this feature would save time and make emails more professional. Thanks.

  7. For example if I send an owner an email about their routine from PT and the response is received to my outlook emails, can I link the owners reply back to my email in PT so that way i can keep the same thread going amongst other things like lease renewal responses from tenants and owners etc.

  13. When using the tenant download, can funds be receipted automatically when the amount paid matches the arrears amount? At the moment, it rejects because it may not match the normal monthly rent as it's a part payment, and we have to receipt it manually

  14. I recommend an audit tab under each profile ( tenancy, property and owner) which will show a log of date, time and user of making any adjust under the profile.
    for example, staff member 1 changed the rent schedule on 5/2/2025 at 11.55am. A log will show:
    User: SM1 Change: rent schedule from $300weekly to $320weekly Date/Time: 5/2/2025 11.55am

  15. When sending out a email to a landlord with merge fields, it would be good to have a field which picks up both landlord first names not only the primary landlord.

  16. Can we have the option to change the background colour as currently it is very bright even though we reduce the brightness on the screen. The old Rest system used to let us do that.

  17. When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.

  19. Reports on Vacates for the Month/Year to show metrics. To be able to create this report in BI select archived tenants. This will show busiest months
