  1. Can you please have a tick box on the profile pages for owners and tenants to show at a quick glance that all tenants or all owners wish to be contacted for all communications. Not all communications are done through property tree so this would be very helpful.

  2. Charge the property fee automatically for budgeted Outgoings invoices that are not scheduled and are GST exclusive. Currently you have to do it manually as the GST is linked to the rental GST. If you raise a budgeted Outgoings invoice and the fees are set up to for budgeted outgoings receipted, then the property fee should be automatic charged when raising an invoice.

  6. Ability to allocate held funds from the Tenancy Funds Summary page to more than one tenancy at a time. Either the option to return to the tenancy funds summary page or tick boxes so you can select all tenants you wish to allocate held funds in one go. At the moment you have to keep going back and reloading the summary page. Would be great for those who hold funds for holiday accommodation.

  8. The ability to change the format of Tenancy Invoices would be handy, especially for Tenants that are visually impaired. For example, increase font size or add in colours to highlight important information on the Tenancy Invoices. Also, have the option to add additional payment options not just Trust Account Information.

  9. We are a SDA provider, most of the time there are at least two tenants (2 sperate tenancy agreements) in one property. When we are adding a new property, it should allow us to select 'existing property info' so it save us tons of time to enter the detail again and again.

  10. Please add merge field "Tenancy Rent period" & "Rent Increase date" for Lease Expiry Tenancy & Ownership. This merge field is required when we send an automated lease renewal and rent increase email to tenants and ownership.

  11. Ability to give Vendors and Purchasers a BPAY ID as it appears Vendors ID numbers can be changed. This avoids having to give out trust account details and helps protect parties from emails being hacked and account details being altered.

  12. Allow Property Tree to record monthly reported sales from tenants to understand occupancy costs, determine if percentage rent is payable and create meaningful tenancy schedules.

  13. There are varies description fields with a character limit, but it lets you type in more than what the limit is.
    And only once you 'save' you'll get an error about the character limit (e.g. 50 characters, 255 characters)

    It would be best if a user is NOT able to enter more characters than the description box allows it to.

    The description box for the Vacate Comments and the Description/Reference fields on Starting Positions and also the description field on some Receipting are some areas that come to mind where this is happening.

  14. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

    1. I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
    2. Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

  17. Bond reporting to have set date reporting filters, ie for month, if we forget to print report on the 1st of the month then all the transactions up to the date you print are reported and not relative to the month reconciling
