Instant updates with the Inspection Manager Integration
Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.

Sale Statements- More options for info
The Sale Statement Tax Invoices are pretty basic, and there are a few things that are either not an option, or should be amended:
1- When sending a sale statement for the solicitor, it should read with the vendor name, then c/o- and the solicitor name after. Currently it only reads with the solicitor name, which I don't believe it should seeing as the agency agreement is with the property owner- not the solicitor.
2- When disbursing held funds at settlement, there should be an automatic or at least optional description field on the invoice for the vendor payment such…

Column headings on all forms should be display on each page
Column headings on all forms should be display on each page. For example, the owner ledger and tenancy rent summary have the headings displayed on the first page, however the information flows onto more pages and you cannot see the column heading on those pages.

Communications for Creditors
We would like to mass email creditors with regards to their Insurance paperwork. For landlord it's {OwnershipPrimaryGivenName}. Is there one for Creditors? Eg. {CreditorContactGivenName},
It will be great if Property Tree can populate the Insurance Expiry Date in Mail Merge. Eg. ({InsuranceExpiryDate})2 votes -

Ledger Display Improvement
The tenancy ledger difficult to follow when reviewing receipts, invoices and payment allocations.
Suggested improvements:
- Clearly link receipts to the invoices they have paid.
- Display invoice numbers and receipt numbers on separate lines to make transactions easier to identify and reference.
- Add a status against invoices (Paid, Partially Paid, & Outstanding).
- Display an "In Hand" or "Available Funds" amounts showing money currently held and available for allocation.2 votes -
Communication Inbox show PM name
It would significantly improve efficiency if the Property Manager was visible in the inbox view next to the Name and Address for email and SMS communications.
This would allow users to quickly determine whether a message should remain assigned to the company or be reallocated to the correct Property Manager—without needing to open each property to check.
For teams managing a high volume of communications, this small change would remove unnecessary steps and save considerable time across the day.
This enhancement would streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve response times.Would love to see this considered—thank you!

Property Manager shown on receipt screen
When creating a receipt in tenant download, can the Property Manager also please be shown as if there's an issue then they can be easily referenced.

Currently the ledgers can only be generated in PDF format, an option to download it in CSV format would be very helpful for reconciliations.

A function enabling payment of all creditor invoices on an owner account in a single action, rather than requiring each invoice to be processed individually — particularly beneficial for owners with high volumes of invoices or making bulk payments to cover invoices.

Missing Recurring Invoice attachments
Owners are complaining they are not receiving a copy of their invoice for council rates instalments that we set up on a recurring basis . My suggestion is having the attachment included for each recurring invoice which would be beneficial, particularly when owners are requesting copies of invoices with their statements. This would save unnecessary emails having to send copies of these invoices separately and aggravation from owners.

Merge field for Original Lease Start date
Can we have a merge field for Original Lease Start date -this is needed for renewal documents and Rent increase notices and has to be manually entered at the moment.

Hold funds to be allocated to nomitated creditors
e.g. If a rent is $1000pw we should be able to hold $200 (or 20%) for Council, then $250 (or 25%) to Strata, $100 (or 10%) to Water etc. or the named creditor the balance or % to the owner at the end of the month so when it comes time for invoice processing there will always be funds

Display Property Address in Task/Workflow Notifications
Currently, property address is only displayed when task is created under a property profile. I’d like to suggest including the property address in task notifications when tasks are created under owner or tenant cards too. This would make it much easier to quickly identify which property each task relates to.

Remove withheld funds when disbursing ownership
Would love the ability to be able to be able to remove / cancel any withheld funds no longer required in an ownership account when completing a bulk disbursement via "Pay Ownership" rather than having to go into individual ownership profiles to remove it.
