  1. This would involve adding a "Position" field into the "Update User Details" page and then a {CurrentUser_Position} field into the mail merge template.
    It would allow more flexibility when generating emails.

  2. Like we can see in the communications tab we can see when the recipient has open email etc.
    Can we have this tab when we click on the communications when in the tenant or ownership account.

  3. An enhancement to our auto communication templates for rent increases. It would be incredibly useful to include the Tenancy ID as a merge field in these templates.

    This addition would streamline our process, especially in cases where tenants are paying their bond top-up directly to us. Having the Tenancy ID clearly referenced helps ensure payments are correctly allocated and reduces the risk of confusion or mismanagement.

    We believe this small change could make a big difference in efficiency and accuracy.

  5. When I am entering a rental increase I should be able to auto update the dates of the last rental increase and next rental increase. If an auto is not possible I'd expect to see an option on the same pop up as the rent increase to update the dates at the same time in one screen

  6. We would like to see credit card added as a payment/refund method. In context, we have holiday rentals and sometimes are required to refund to a holiday guest during their stay or refund $$ if they cancel or leave early. Our bank has advised that best practice in this instance is to refund to the method of payment received.

  7. When doing the Income & Expenditure statements, there is currently no option to exclude Archived owners. It should be a tick box option.

    In the instance of managements lost to other agents, fees are not able to be recouped once it's sent.

  8. Trigger for auto lease renewal happens when ANY edit to the lease start or end date is done. This is WRONG. There MUST be a pop up for the user to confirm "Do you want to charge a lease renewal fee". This is a serious flaw in the program and must be looked at.

  9. We would like to have the option to make inactive account codes that are no longer required (that may have had transactions against them before hand). This way they cant accidentally be used again as we have had our accounts changed.

  12. It would be great to have the option to add Lot and Deposited Plan (DP) details when entering a property sale. In many cases, especially with properties that don’t have a standard street address, Lot & DP are the only way to clearly identify the property.

    This feature would also help when:
    + A property includes multiple lots.
    + Buyers purchase different lots under separate names.
    + Sales need to be split and recorded individually.

    Adding Lot & DP to the address field would make property records more accurate and easier to manage.

To have the ability to permanently change the system font and size when sending any email via communications as well as having the option to close of any email with a prepopulated closing line to show professionalism like Kind Regards rather then having to manually type this for every email sent. Also with the threat of cyber fraud it would be most helpful to allow us the option to put in our own agency's disclaimers at the end of each email which is also prepopulated and legible.

  15. When reconciling multiple bonds, bond top-ups & pet bonds, it would be helpful if the property tree authority transaction also included the property address, which is entered by the property manager when processing payment to the bond authority.

  16. The fixed position of help line drop box often covers the issue that i`m having.
    just being able to move the drop box around the screen will enable me to see and activate any corrections that are suggested.

  17. When entering a Property Receipt, the account selection is in a random order. Can we have it alphabetical. I can see this was requested previously but didn't get much interest - it is likely not something many PMs need to access but those that do must find it frustrating and a pain point that could easily be fixed pretty please :)

  18. I have just started using the Print/Send Statement for some of our larger companies to invoice for private rentals. Can we change the title on the statement to Tenancy Statement/Invoice, and can we make them recurring?

  19. When purchasing a rent roll and importing an excisting tenancy we need at least the last rent increase to come across in the rent schedule but the entire rent schedule would be more accurate and helpful

  20. It would be great to have the ability to set up automatic payment reminders for individual tenants only. For example, I have one tenant (as most of us do) who never pays rent on time and frequently falls into arrears. Every Tuesday, I manually check her profile to see if she paid rent on Monday, and if not, I send her a reminder text that the rent was due yesterday.

    It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automate this process—specifically, to set up a reminder for a particular tenant only if their rent is more than one…
