  1. On screen transaction receipting is missing several columns available within the csv report including the transaction date (some banking platforms downloads have different dates for living weekend transactions) and the reason for the rejection.

  2. It would be great if you could set up an alert that pops up as a notification for an allocated user when a specific tenant pays their rent (it would be better if you could chose on an individual basis which user receives the notification). It would only be on properties that you manually choose the notification to appear (not every tenant/property).

    We have quite a few tenants that have outstanding items that can only be completed when they pay their rent, so currently we have to open every tenant card manually every day to check after the bank rec…

  3. Details in ledger to show credit details against an invoice rather than just showing reversal of original invoice and then same details with a lower amount owing on invoice. e.g. Original painter's invoice - less credit given by owner for compensation

  4. You actually need to be able to cancel individual EFT payments to a creditor. Example. I have just processed creditor payments. One creditor had 5 individual invoices from 5 different owners. I have noticed an error on one of the payments But because property tree groups them all into one payment to the creditor I can't cancel just the one with the error . I need cancell all 5 and totaly stuff up the other 4 owner statements. How do you explain to an owner that your statement looks weird because there was an error on joe blogs statement so…

  5. When using a third-party tenant download which is receipted as with the payment method Payment Provider, there is no option when using the tenant download on screen receipting to change the payment method. These transactions have to be ignored and manually receipted.

  6. The auto prompt to delete the owner letting fee (which is raised when you create that tenancy) with respect to a withdrawn tenancy, should come up whether you are deleting OR archiving the tenant profile

  7. To be able to do merge letters in google docs as currently only set up for Microsoft. Not sure about others though we are moving completely over to goggle so will not have access to any Microsoft

  8. For compliance/ avoiding mistakes. It would be great to have the requirement to add the 'management agreement' under documentation before setting up the owner profile in PT

  9. Please automatically place the cursor in the first box when asking for 2Factor authentication code. I know a minor issue however this repeatedly stumbles my flow when trying to login/authenticate. Thanks

  11. Instead of having to filter through the documents tab to find the most current lease / MA, the current lease and MA should be able to be viewed by clicking on a document icon within the profile box (like that of the email icon)

  13. To be able to filter what type of Invoices you require. e.g.: commissions, advertising etc.

    So you can see who has been sent an invoice and has paid or not and also reporting income expected.

    The report would be very helpful in cash flow control.

  15. Since changing to bricks and agent the property tree weekly agency overview does not pull through "open" jobs where the external jobs sit.
    Would be good if this section pulled through and also arrears be customisable to effective and it is currently showing period which is not taking into account all of the tenants that have paid additional rent to change their effective date.

  17. I would love to be able to add another PM's number to the system so that individual PM's can be contacted about the work orders they are responsible for - it's my understanding that we can only have one number in the system which seems strange???
