The matching of payment references to tenancies needs to be more intuitive. We need tenants to be able to put a descriptive word in their payment reference so that it is clear what the payment is intended for and there is no confusion where it should be allocated. Especially if the payment is for something other than rent, its important for them to be able to add a descriptive word in the payment reference such as "water" or "bond". Ability to archive a zero transaction property instead of delete
When you have a property and owner that have not had any transactions it would be helpful to archive them instead of having to delete them. Ie Sometimes we will sign up a new management and for whatever reason it doesn't go ahead in the end. We then can't account for that as a lost property in proper reporting and retain the data in PT, there is only the option to delete the profile.

The ability to bulk-print invoices for water etc.
Currently water invoices are only printable by manually printing each one - being able to print all invoices entered in a day for postage would make this job much quicker.

owner statement to allow for full month as per accounting periods
Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.
As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

Ability to add Global comments/disclaimers to Work Orders, Statements, Invoices etc
In Rest we had the option to add our own global comment to things like Work Orders, Statements, Invoices, Income and Expenditure reports. This allowed us to have a tailored note or disclaimer within the document. At the moment we can only add tailored information within body of the email.

Sensitive notification emails to include entry of bank accounts, not just changed bank accounts
Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

Communication platform unread emails
Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

Money In and Money Out totals
"Total Money in less Total Money out = Disbursed funds" to be added to owners statement emails or to the bottom of statements. Income and expenses are over 2 sections of the invoice and are required to be totaled.
