We are getting ALOT of calls from people now because the default comm going out with statements looks fake. Clients are heisitent to click on the link to the statement because it provides no information about them. With the rise of scam emails this default comm is causing us more work.

Could you please add an option in Automated communications so that we can amend the standard PT email that is sent with a vendors statement at settlement. Its very brief and we would like to be able to customise it to our branded language as you can with all other email templated.
