Being able to mark a file under document management to display on owner and tenant portal on the tenant screen
When we save a file under document management under the tenant, we want to mark it visable to both the tenant and owner in the same screen. At the moment we have to tick on the tenant and then go to the owner and tick the box there for the owner portal.

Have a default setting, for all items in documents on an owners account to automatically be visible on their online portal? Rather than having to manually go in and tick the box for them to view. Including invoices/levies/monthly statements etc.
