Inspection notes on Inspection Summary
It would be helpful to be able to have the general inspection notes appear on the inspection summary report - ie, owner is attending with any comments. This means we can print the report to take with us

Show more information in the inspection summary such as the last inspection date and agent name

Add more information to the Manage Rent Roll/Valuation report
This report currently has a lot of missing information or combined information in the same column which makes it difficult to use. Some suggestions to improve this report: Separate out the rent amount and frequency under Actual Rent so the rent amount can be calculated like every other numeric column. Add lease start/end dates. Add outgoings for commercial properties. Ability to add a multiplier when generating the report like the Rest Business Summary. Add Year Management Fee column (Annual Rent x Management Fee).

When searching for an owner, see what properties they manage in the list
When searching for an owner you cannot see what properties they manage. Would be good to have this linked so when you search for the owner their properties also appear. When have the same owner entered more than once cannot tell which is which

Suspend fees for a certain period
Ability to suspend fees for a set period (like dates for automated communications). At the moment they have to be deleted and then added back in. Other option would be to $0 out the fees (which currently you have to delete them and re-add them later), if we can enter a $0 charge then we can report on this to check/alter

Edit a tenant invoice when entered through creditor invoicing
Would like to be able to edit a tenant invoice when it's entered via create creditor invoice or invoice genius. Can currently do this when it's just a tenant invoice entered, but through the other way it's linked and we have to cancel the invoice and re enter it.

When emailing anywhere in PropertyTree, be able to copy or bcc in any contact linked to that profile or company contact
When sending an email, or maintenance job it would be great to be able to have a list of known contacts appear that can be copied into the email. So if this was maintenance for a property you could chose to copy in the owner and/or tenant (and their email would appear to select), also any company contact, so the Property Manager could be copied into the email too.

Add images to templates
Being able to add images within a template without the workaround to save to word, and search on google or internet explorer before copying to PropertyTree. There has to be a better solution

Inspection Letters should print in date order
Print inspection letters in date order, not street address. Also have the option to only select the primary contact so that multiple copies of the letter don't print (like bulk mail merge for letters)

Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt
Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

Show arrears and invoicing owing on receipts
Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)
