  1. When notes are pinned to Tenancy receipt is it possible to have an alert noise of some sort. Many times the blue line with the note is missed and payments are allocated incorrectly. This also applies to Ownership - Creditor Invoice. It needs to have the ability to be turned on or off as some may not like it making noise all the time.

  2. Instead of the standard 'Find Out More' link that takes everyone (PM's Tenants and Owners) to the same webpage of Property Tree, create bespoke Property Tree Landing pages that detail features and benefits to Tenants/ Owners etc. The current page it takes users to is a sales page for Property Tree and so more suitable to prospective agencies and PM's.
    Or, simply remove this link in the invitation emails as the email text itself tells owners the benefits of the system for them.

  3. To be able to generate a report of all bonds held by both PT and held by the bond authority. We need this to be able to easily cross reference with the Bond Authority report for audit purposes. This needs to be in PDF (for auditors) & excel (for reconciling) with totals at the end of the report. At the moment, we export to excel and add totals but this is not always sufficient for auditors to check the PT report against the bond authority report.
    The monthly report that is in Rest is great and perhaps could be used…

  5. We need to be able to add more than one reference number for authorised creditors. Some properties have two strata levy notices (ie if a carspace or garage is on a separate lot) So that we can bulk pay those invoices we need to be able to save more than one reference number for an authorised creditor

  6. Task assignment with due date. Can be attached to either property, tenant or owner. To be added to Dashboard, so PM will see what is due that day as soon as they logged in. Also has audit trail and can be assigned to another staff member, as required.

Have an audit report for checking documents uploaded and saved in Property Tree to help confirm that online documents have been saved in the documents management section; I have been told I have to go to each property to check if the documents have been saved; a report will be more time efficient.

Currently when adding a creditor to the quote request there is a "X" next to them but once the quote request has been sent you can not clear this creditor without cancelling the whole job or approving another quote. I have an instance where multplie contractors are not able to attend to quote on a job and I can clear them off the quote request which now has 7 creditors attached to it. If the creditor advises they can not quote on the job there should be an option to cancel that creditor off the job.

  10. to be able to sort the list of who is being sent emails, to be able to then remove owners that have duplicates as they have individual profiles for multiple properties

    Even better to have it that property tree recognises that an email address is in the list multiple times and only send it once

  11. Being able to have the ability to send all invoices and reminders to the "accounts" contact and not the "tenant" contact. When the contact type "tenant" has unticked to auto send invoices, they do not get the invoices emailed to them. The contact that is ticked "Send auto invoice" gets the invoices but this contact does not get the reminders because their contact type is not "tenant" the "tenant" contact gets the reminder even though they didnt get the invoice.

  12. The agent mobile app for PT is very very basic.
    You do not have access to key iD's alarm codes etc. Information that is often needed on the run.
    THis needs to be update to include this info as easy to access.
    it would be handy to have a more user friendly mobile app similar to the one used by Property Me with the ability to send and assign work orders, view contact info and property info and key numbers.

  14. I think you should be able to attach documents to communications from within property tree, for example sending an email to an owner and wanting to attach the Residential tenancy Agreement from the tenants folder ETC

  15. Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.

  16. Currently you are able to create different rent 'credit types' eg deferral, abatement, rent free period etc however there is no report that surfaces the 'rent credit types' or reason for credits (the find transactions report displays credit type as 'Credit - Tenancy' only)

    Can we add in a Report for Tenancy Credits which displays the fields Credit Type, Reason, Amount, etc or add this information to the existing 'Find Transactions' report?
