SMS Replies into Property Tree
Would be great to have tenants be able to reply to SMS and it save back into PropertyTree

If you have an active SMS Subscription in Australia, you can now receive SMS replies! You’ll find these in the Communication Platform. Check out the release notes for more information on this feature https://propertytree.elevio.help/en/articles/68976-release-notes

Hi, thanks for your feedback. SMS are received into the same platform as inbound emails, however, you can choose to keep "Do Not Reply" as part of your outgoing SMS messages should you wish not to promote receiving replies into Property Tree. Thanks, Ange - Product Team
