Inspection notes on Inspection Summary
It would be helpful to be able to have the general inspection notes appear on the inspection summary report - ie, owner is attending with any comments. This means we can print the report to take with us

We're pleased to advise that you can chose to have your inspection notes appear on the Inspection Summary report - under the Columns option (right hand side of the list), select the Notes option, and this column will now appear as part of the Inspection Summary

I just tried this and no notes appear, although i added notes to the tenant , property and ownership cards.

When scheduling routines, it would be good to have a flag to show there is a note on a routine inspection. Often the team put notes in saying it's a reinspect, or owner wants to be present, but when I schedule the routines, I have to look in every tennantite inspection before scheduling. This is not efficient and sometimes I need to know if an inspection cannot be moved or changed. Or if it is booked in with an owner.

every week, a went would mention something that should be noted upon inspection that would be absolutely necessary to be available upon inspection. i.e.
1. Owner attending
2. cat inside, don't let out
3. check particular item broken, that would not usually be noticed
4. someone asleep in bedroom. -

I agree, this would be amazing. Even if not the actual text notes in the report, but a possible icon in the summary view to indicate there is a note against that inspection that is clickable to then view the text without leaving the summary screen.
