  1. The alarm bell in the top right corner should "visually vibrate" or blow in and out of size, or create a pop-up reminder notification for Tasks. Also once task marked as DONE, they should automatically save to PT and clear from the active tasks list bar.

  2. It would be most efficient if we could set a task to follow up on something at the same time as an email. The task could then be attached to the email so you could easily open the email at the time you are completing the task

  3. Is there a way that the communication screen can be expanded so that property managers can see all emails outstanding (instead of the 8/9 shown) and is there a way to flag the ones that have actually been read? Failing that, is there a report that can be compiled showing emails still outstanding so that emails can be 'tidied' up regularly?

  4. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…

  6. If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

  8. Property Tree could incorporate a user action logging system where every action taken by a user, such as inputting an invoice or canceling an invoice, is recorded with their username.

  9. We have found that strata companies and now many of trades will not click on links. This is causing us duplication of work as we resend the work order as an attachment.

  10. I'd love to see a section in the financials of all Invoice history for that tenancy or ownership instead of having to go through the ledger or scroll through the financials tap hunting for an invoice.

  11. This is a pain, I have 97 ‘open’ tasks that I have to transfer to two other team members, and the only way to do this is to open each one to see who the property manager is now following the re-distribution of properties between these two team members.

  15. Insurance entered for a property should not go over with the property during change of ownership as this would have been for when the previous owner managed it not the new ownership.

  16. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  19. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…
