  1. Income & Expenditure Statements should be reformatted to be GST inclusive when showing expenses. Currently, e.g. 'Electrical' shows expense + GST on the next line. With only the total expense figure being GST inclusive.
    EOM Statements show an expense as GST inclusive in the 'Money Out' column with the GST paid showed in the 'Expense' column e.g. Garden Maintenance (GST paid: $***)

  5. Is there anyway to move the app launcher icon from the top, on the side, to the bottom. I have clicked on this so many times rather than the dashboard icon

  6. We manage boarding houses/student accomodation and often tenants change rooms when they extending etc. Would love to see a feature to allow room changes for existing tenants.

  9. Would be great to have integration with REA ignite, similar to Snug integration. This would allow approved tenants to be imported straight into property tree, cutting down data entry and saving any manual processing errors. Our REA rep advises that they are open and willing to begin working on an integration.

  10. Putting invoices on hold - there should be and a way to hold an invoice and to pay in certain ways

    1. Hold to pay when funds available
    2. Pay on DD/MM/YYYY
    3. Hold till processed to pay

    Additional option to hold funds or not

    This holds the specific invoice and a reports can be done for all invoices on hold, or by section/staff member

  11. Please could we have the ability to cancel and archive several work orders at once rather than having to click into them one at a time. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

  12. When landlords are required to make an owner contributions towards invoices, could the $3.30 admin fee be included in the property fees total so that it's not forgotten?

  14. We are finding if needing to send a message through to owners with attachments or a body of text that can be edited (eg. rent review/lease renewal suggestion ad hoc message) which is specific to their property the email message includes our admin as the sender. I think it is really important to have something like this coming from the person managing their property rather than the staff with less experience displayed as the person sending the message, it would also create less confusion so when they reply it comes straight back to the property manager

  15. We've noticed that when held tenancy funds are applied to rent (e.g. after a bond claim), receipts are not sent to tenants, as they would be if it were a direct rent receipt.

    It would be great if this could change so that it's more transparent about how the funds are being used.

  16. Currently the rental & fees arrears on the PT dashboard are shown as a total % of 100%. It would be great if this could be shown as a % of the total arrears percentage.

  18. We need to be able to tick a box to email residential renters when they get a rent credit eg sales inspection fee and for this to show in the communications tab.
    Because residential rent is not invoiced the Email Invoice box with renter email address's pre-ticked does nothing when you click Create Credit, you have to send them an ad-hoc email which is time consuming.

  20. Set up an automatic release of extra funds once the held amount has been achieved, rather than having to manually check to see if held amount has been reached & then removing the hold.
