  1. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

  2. Need to be able to amend/remove the notation at the top of a Commercial Invoice that indicates that it is an 'amended' tax invoice. We have a number of commercial tenancies that are receiving a 'credit' and as soon as this is applied, it creates a new invoice (which is great) but then adds this note to the top left of the invoice - which will only create mass confusion with our commercial tenancies.

  5. Under the property compliance tab, allow an option to create a task straight from that so you aren't in effect duplicating data by then creating a task.

  6. Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

  9. When a property manager / registerd PT user, requests a Income & Expenditure statement, it would be helpful if the email with the link to download the statement, goes to the person that requested it.

  10. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  12. To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

  13. When reviewing arrears from Dashboard and you go to "Tenancies in Arrears" it would make it much easier to manage arrears if we could see number of days in arrears as a column.

  15. i would like to enquire on how we can add an extra tab in the Ownership profile, purely for proof of ownership, managing authorities, photo id, landlord instructions. As we constantly need to track through 5 - 10 pages in the documents tab just to look for these?
    in all - im requesting an additional tab next to communication or documents .. (under ownership tab) as these 4 we need the most when relisting a property.

  18. Processing Sales Marketing & Sundries Flat Fees are cumbersome and difficult to track. Doing this same task in REST was far superior and easily tracked all on the same tab. Once you have processed a marketing fee in Proerty Tree it does not show as being disbursed without referring to the ledger and will potentially allow you to disburse for that item again should there be sufficient funds. REST had a tab for marketing with the following columns - Date/Creditor/Description/Inv#/Amount/Actioned/Charged - you would complete these boxes throughout the marketing campaign.   20. "Total Money in less Total Money out = Disbursed funds" to be added to owners statement emails or to the bottom of statements. Income and expenses are over 2 sections of the invoice and are required to be totaled.
