The ability to cancel individual creditor invoices after payment processed
You actually need to be able to cancel individual EFT payments to a creditor. Example. I have just processed creditor payments. One creditor had 5 individual invoices from 5 different owners. I have noticed an error on one of the payments But because property tree groups them all into one payment to the creditor I can't cancel just the one with the error . I need cancell all 5 and totaly stuff up the other 4 owner statements. How do you explain to an owner that your statement looks weird because there was an error on joe blogs statement so…

Ability to edit the payment method on on screen receipting - can only use direct deposit
When using a third-party tenant download which is receipted as with the payment method Payment Provider, there is no option when using the tenant download on screen receipting to change the payment method. These transactions have to be ignored and manually receipted.

Commercial Tenants paying Management Fee
• ability to charge Commercial Tenants any Fees, such as Management Fees that are 100% payable by tenants
• and have those fees recorded on Agency Income reports and stats

Map planner for routine inspections
Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

Re withdrawn tenancies & letting fees
The auto prompt to delete the owner letting fee (which is raised when you create that tenancy) with respect to a withdrawn tenancy, should come up whether you are deleting OR archiving the tenant profile

Create automatic rent credit
We have tenants which are given rent credits weekly and monthly for maintenance on the building or taking bins out - it would be great if we did not have to do it each week/month but was done automatically. Thank you

To be able to do merge letters in google docs as currently only set up for Microsoft. Not sure about others though we are moving completely over to goggle so will not have access to any Microsoft

Property Tree Calender
Implement a calender into property tree that will pull across all rent increases, inspections, vacating tenants etc, that way you can pull up your calender for the day, EXAMPLE: if you've selected 'notify rent increases 14 days prior' it will be there ready to go for you 14 days before it is due.

direct debit
Direct debit days in advance should be able to customised for each tenant - weekly tenants that you want to be 2 weeks ahead can't be on set to anything but a schedule to keep them that way so rent increases could be missed

property sorting filters
The sorting of properties is currently numeric, based on street number except when searching under creditor invoices where it sorts alphabetically. I can't speak for other offices but our hard files are sorted alphabetically, why can't this option be available across all reports?

Reporting Sales Agent Commissions
As discussed with Dave Hannon:
Sales agent commission reporting in the User Interface by adding 'Comm % ex. GST' as a sales filtering column, to reference the % field against each listing.
Reporting sales performance & commissions as a percentage excl. GST is a standard measure for all agencies and should be part of the standard reporting fields.

Merge fees and charges from property tree to REI forms. This would save so much time when having to do new agency agreements for existing owners with the same fees and charges carrying over.

Being able to search by 'suburb' in global search bar
Currently when you search in the global search bar, you can only search for the number address. When you type the suburb, properties do not show up.
The functionality for the Global Search bar to pick up all properties by the suburb you are searching for would be amazing.7 votes -
Information that displays on Tenant Receipts
Have the ability to customize a tenant's receipt.
Rent paid to and from dates on tenant receipts are confusing tenants, it should have rent paid from {date} to {date} with part payment {$amount} effective paid to {date} like the tenants ledgers.6 votes
