  1. Commercial rent receipts
    Update to include the effective paid-to-date (or Balance owing on part paid rent invoices), similar to what you have for residential?

  2. We have tenants which are given rent credits weekly and monthly for maintenance on the building or taking bins out - it would be great if we did not have to do it each week/month but was done automatically. Thank you

  3. Implement a calender into property tree that will pull across all rent increases, inspections, vacating tenants etc, that way you can pull up your calender for the day, EXAMPLE: if you've selected 'notify rent increases 14 days prior' it will be there ready to go for you 14 days before it is due.

  4. Direct debit days in advance should be able to customised for each tenant - weekly tenants that you want to be 2 weeks ahead can't be on set to anything but a schedule to keep them that way so rent increases could be missed

  6. The sorting of properties is currently numeric, based on street number except when searching under creditor invoices where it sorts alphabetically. I can't speak for other offices but our hard files are sorted alphabetically, why can't this option be available across all reports?

  8. As discussed with Dave Hannon:

    Sales agent commission reporting in the User Interface by adding 'Comm % ex. GST' as a sales filtering column, to reference the % field against each listing.

    Reporting sales performance & commissions as a percentage excl. GST is a standard measure for all agencies and should be part of the standard reporting fields.

  9. Merge fees and charges from property tree to REI forms. This would save so much time when having to do new agency agreements for existing owners with the same fees and charges carrying over.

  10. Currently when you search in the global search bar, you can only search for the number address. When you type the suburb, properties do not show up.
    The functionality for the Global Search bar to pick up all properties by the suburb you are searching for would be amazing.

  11. Have the ability to customize a tenant's receipt.
    Rent paid to and from dates on tenant receipts are confusing tenants, it should have rent paid from {date} to {date} with part payment {$amount} effective paid to {date} like the tenants ledgers.

  13. We have had a request from a Company to add Purchase Order Numbers to Tax Invoices. Can this please be added somewhere other than having to do Invoices Manually. Thank you

  14. It is often difficult to find all MAA's for an owner. It would be good to be able to easily see these all in one place. Perhaps under the Ownership tab? If the view could be similar to compliance, that would be so much easier to find current and past MAA's.

    These are key legal documents that should be quick and easy to find. Thank you.

  15. It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

  16. Instead of having to filter through the documents tab to find the most current lease / MA, the current lease and MA should be able to be viewed by clicking on a document icon within the profile box (like that of the email icon)

  17. Please create a log with dates, times and recipients for maintenance jobs.

    At the moment the only info that is provided is the date the job was created. Nothing to show if/when it was sent and if you resend the job as a reminder and confirmation it was received. We also do not get notified if the email fails to send to the intended recipient.

  19. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  20. In Rest you were able to go straight to the property and bring up all transactions / creditor payment made for that property instead of viewing through owner ledger and searching.
