  1. Visitors/contractors get the visitor pass on their phone. Would one option be having the QR code on the tablet which they scan, fill in data on their phone then that pass stays on their phone.

  2. Ability to push visitor or contractor (member) photo image into the profile of the visitor or member through the API. Currently, we can do this with employees, we need the same functionality to add the photo through API for visitors and members.

  3. Two parts to this idea:

    First - Allow individual Members of Organizations to have associated 'Organization Owners' like the Organization is able to.

    Second - Allow 'Organization Owners' to be an option for who to notify when Contractor signs in without specifying a Host.

  4. Increase Multi Language depth in OnLocation to go deeper into the solution so all aspects are multi language not just a few sections.

    Spanish would be a great start for many new locations coming on board in South america.

  6. Deliveries currently only get notified to employees via email or text message. Can the option for this to also be sent through the app as a push notification be added. (Same as when you have a visitor.)

  7. Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

  9. When you setup an OnEvac user, they get a specific code. If you setup the same “user” on a different site, it assigns the same code. However, I have some site managers that are the main contact for multiple sites, so when you scan the code, you have to choose from a list of sites. Obviously, this wouldn't be ideal in an actual emergency. I wondered if it could be adjusted so I can setup the worksite as the "user" rather than a staff member?

  10. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  11. We currently spend a lot of time manually processing contractor induction requests - contractor members will email us to request an induction, we clarify and then enter their info, and send them the relevant induction.

    A time-saving measure would be to add a form to our company website where contractor members can add and submit their own information, this links to and adds their info to On Location, and their induction is automatically sent.

    I realise that there are some intricacies to this around data management e.g. any new contractor organisation not already in On Location will still require manual…

  13. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  14. It would be great to be able to add Contractor profile custom fields to our badge designs. We have different classifications for contractors which dictate their different access levels on site and it would be ideal if this could be captured easily on their badge.

  15. Please allow us to chose which data fields are pulled into reports through a "custom favourites" feature.

    E.g. being able to unselect fields like "Organization" or "Course Learners" and replace them with other data fields like "Employer'.

    These filter selections should have the ability to be saved as "favourites" and nameable for users to construct their own customised reporting suited for business need.

  16. My site has 63 Locations that must be billed for their SMS usage.
    The Notification Exported report does not include the Location column, so can not be used to filter the usage by Location.
    Just to note, the Notification by Location selection on screen does not work at all so I don't have that option.

  17. Would be nice to have an additional interface to verify people rapidly during an evac. Like one of the in/out kiosk but with a quick "verify" when you scan a card (We use rfid reader and all our mill employee have their card on them)

  18. The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

  19. Our business operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on 12 hour shifts. Our night shift crosses over the midnight mark, from one day into the next day. The current automation and occupancy settings do not fit the operating parameters of our business operations.
    Could we please have an automatic sign out setting, that was based upon the number of hours, not a specific time of day.

  20. Need to be able to manually mark off when someone is safe during an evacuation, to compensate for occasions when someone may not have their phone, may not be able to reply to the SMS request to verify they are safe e.g. no credit on phone.
    Note: In industrial environments it's common for staff to not be permitted to have their phones with them at their workstations.
