Ability to Pre-Register Contractors
The ability to pre-register contractors, we have the ability for pre-registering visitors, but it doesn't include contractors. This functionality would be a valuable improvement - it will give
Improved security: We would be able to track who is expected to attend the site, which would help to improve security.
The ability to confirm all requirements Insurances, Inductions etc are up to date BEFORE they attend site & are denied entry causing reactionary work

This is an integral part of our site security. We operate a secure location which requires ALL incoming visitors to be notified to Security staff. Currently we are pre-registering expected Contractors as Visitors for the day, simply so they show up in the table. It would be amazing to be able to pre-register a Contractor visit so we don't have the 'fake' Visitor pre-registration.

Wed don't have the ability to pre-register contractors, though we have the ability for pre-registering visitors. This functionality would be a valuable improvement as it would notify security of contractors coming to site p[rior to arrival. As a jewish school with heightened security levels we need to know everyone who is coming to site . As well as pre registering contractors, they need to be matched to their compliance documents. Currently, if contractors are pre-registered as a visitor, this is bypassed, defeating the purpose of having them inducted.

Great idea Kathy and something we have considered but never received enough demand to force it to the roadmap. I will take your idea to our team at our UserVoice meeting tomorrow but we will probably leave this one open for feedback for a wee bit to gather more requirements.
