  2. Add prebuilt integration for Gallagher Access Control systems with ability to push inductions and certifications data. This would allow us to automatically disable access when inductions or certifications expire.

  4. We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

  5. Please add an exception for Visitors to have an exception added like employees and contractors. We have visitors who come in over night who are being signed out even though they are still on site.

  6. Currently, the logs available for our Employees SyncPortal show only the last 10 executions. Sometimes when we need to investigate something wrong, it would be useful to have access to older executions.

  7. Option to have free text textbox for Employee/Contractors to answer an induction question as currently we only have an option to select a single/multiple/image options. This is basic requirement for any eLearning/Courses where the question type would be choice based ( single/multiple/image) selection or a free text for users to provide their comments. Kindly review and let me know when you think this can be added. We wanted to use OnLocation system as our core LMS system without having to license any other 3rd party systems.

    Thank you Vini for the feedback. If we add a 'free text' option then the ability to 'pass' someone on that specific question would be based on them entering something; in fact anything at all (even n/a). As we could assess a statement entered by the inductee being true or false is there are specific example you could share with me directly of a question.

  8. When using the OnEvac app, I have found that the People Verified Safe graph is calculating all people in the selected zone, even when the Event is selected for Employees On Site Only.

    As we have shift workers, we will always select Employees On Site Only, so this calculation will always calculate incorrectly. Surely this calculation should not be including people who are not currently on site? That's not logical.

  9. At one location we may have 4 different kiosks set up with deliveries + use deliveries within Sign in/out manager. On the reporting there is no way to show the different areas they were logged?

  10. Make the employee Activation email editable. The email that a new employee receives on a new account creation is horrible. Please allow admins to modify the template.

  12. We have a trigger to not allow employees to sign in if the induction training is incomplete. But the trigger does not pop up until the employee goes through the whole sign in process and answers about 10 questions. It would save a lot of time if the trigger popped up on the screen right after the employee searched for their name. This would also be helpful for contractors as well.

  13. I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.

    I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.

    This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

  14. When you currently edit members in a specific organization and go back to the organization, it jumps back to members. It would be nice for the system to stay in the organization you selected to save time instead of having to go back to the organization tab, scroll back to the organization, go back to the members, then find the next member.

  16. Accessibility Options:

    One example: Audio confirmation of sign in/out

    With the Kiosk, is it possible to add audio confirmation stating the new status of the person who just signed in/out? The new status does show on screen highlighted in green or red, but might be even more helpful for some people to play audio as well.

    Sometimes employees forget to sign in/out, and then the next time they try to sign in/out eg go out to lunch, they think they might be signed in/out but the status was actually the oppostite. If they aren't paying attention or visually impaired they…

  17. Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

  18. Amend the Evacuation text to mention the created zone because some staff members consistently move around the site such as the yard team and maintenance team, meaning they could be in any zone. Therefore, when I create an event, I always include these individuals. It would be beneficial for them to know the specific zone we are evacuating. If they are not in that zone at that moment, they do not need to evacuate.
