Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.
For example, employees from Department A are required to select Host, work Zone/Area, and whether they are working alone; whereas employees from Department B are only required to select Zone/Area and whether they are working alone.

Would be hand to have tis as being an Educational Institution we have distinct Contracts, those that are performing facility maintenance and those that are providing an educational service withing classrooms

Thank you Sherri, your idea makes sense where you have different level of risk and awareness within the same facility (by Department or Group). We have not received this request before so we will leave for votes and further comment.
