  1. When a SOS alert is activated and lets say we have 3 set responders it would be good to see that someone has responded so the other 2 don't keep trying to reach out and that a responder is then allocated that Alert and can deactivate it.
    At the moment you have no record or who responded to the alert at all.
    Would also be good to see communication within an app between SOS alert activator and responders - similar to what is available within the OnEvac App

    We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

    When creating an OnEvac event in the EVAC mobile app and selecting “On-site employees only” for SMS Verification, off-site employees are still included in the completion calculation. This causes reports to display incomplete or misleading percentages, even when all onsite employees and zones are verified.

    Problem to Solve:
    Currently, the only workaround is to manually verify off-site employees to reach 100 percent. For sites with multiple shifts and large employee numbers, this process is time-consuming and impractical during real emergencies.     The reason we notify all employees of an evacuation rather than just those marked 'on-site' is because often there is not perfect compliance - an employee may have forgotten to sign-in, or have signed-out but but not yet left the premises. However we agree that counting off site employees towards the total safe/not safe percentage can cause confusion. We will investigate further and open this up for votes.

  5. Please add "Save and ADD NEW" button.
    With current solution if you add multiple visitors you need to click three (3) times to get back to to adding a new. Doing this with 10 - 40 people is very time consuming.

  7. We have visitors that reply to either the OnPass or the pre-registration questionnaire, however both go to msg@whosonlocation which appears to either go nowhere or is unmanaged. It would be ideal to have the reply come to a specific email address within the company instead.

    On the actual OnPass, there is no statement that says NOT to reply - such a statement IS shown as being on the OnPass in your Help section. There is a "do not reply" statement on the questionnaire.

    Thanks for your feedback. We have discussed with the team and will add a 'Do not reply' message to the OnPass email in an upcoming release.

  8. Suggestion from customer account:

    It would be beneficial to view the cumulative number of visitors on a given day across all sites within the People Presence report. The infographic shows a good view of the cumulative number of visitors at a single site on a given day, however, the report view only gives a very detailed look. It is a highly manual process in Excel to show the cumulative number of visitors on a given day/month across multiple locations.

  9. "match.expectedsignin" is not currently available in our placeholder list. This will be useful to create a trigger when a new pre-registration is done,
    The trigger sent a mail notification to admin staff so they are well aware, and they can arrange a for necessary arrangement for incoming visitors in advance

It would be so helpful to add additional email addresses to "Send to this non-employee" for 'Notify the following people within our organization when insurance policies are due to expire' e.g. we have the email address of the direct contact at the Contractor company, however we would like to add the Contractors office/admin account to this field also, e.g employee.name@theirbusiness.com and office@theirbusiness.com to both be within this field.

    Same thing for the field on the same page, underneath within 'Nominate an internal email address where people must send the updates Insurance Policy Details to'. As our location in Sydney is…

  11. The Induction Kiosk poster with a QR code to complete the induction is great. However, at the moment new contractors who have a pending status cannot log in using the poster. It would be great if contractors with a pending status could sign in using the induction poster, complete the induction and then have the status update to active.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.

    In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.

It would be great if when people try to sign in as an employee or a contractor that if the name entered doesn't exactly match anyone in the system that is shows similar names as selectable suggestions. I find for example people like "Michael Black" might be entered in the system as "Mike Black" and then they are not able to sign in even though they are set up.

  13. It would be useful to be able to filter Zones on the Dashboards, so a screen can be placed near a sign-in point and only show staff/contractors signed into that Zone, not a whole site.

  14. Currently the only way to build a watchlist is manually, if you have thousands of contractors this is not possible. Can we have one of the following?

    1/ OnLocation creates the ability for automatically adding contractors to a watch list once the contractor is created.

    2/ OnLocation makes available Watchlists through the API - This would allow customers to build a simple automation to add contractors to the watchlist as they are added as a member.

Would be beneficial for registering visitors and scanning their license in an all in one app. As of now you have to register the visitor on either the web browser/app, then open the OnScan app to scan the ID. Having it built into the OnScan app to register and scan ID will increase efficiency, especially when registering truck drivers with a tablet.

  16. I'm really struggling to use the current tool for building inductions. It's difficult to resize images without them disappearing altogether; difficult to move blocks around - sometimes the "drop" highlight comes up, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried on different PCs but the tool behaves in the same way regardless. It's hard to get my induction to look professional with such a finicky tool. I'm surprised there are no other suggestions for a revamped tool in here.

  17. Can you make is possible to batchprint pre-registered visitors badge passes? Add it like a feature to activate so its not on as default. We have a customer that print up to 100 passes at the time and they dont like to manually click out every pass.

  18. More and more work is being completed with the API, This request is to ask for the API to include Triggers. With the ability to access triggers and trigger ID and name of the trigger we will be able to assist more customers, particularly those customers that have 20 to 30 triggers per location across 50 plus locations.

  19. Sign in/out method notification. To be able to alert the host what method the visitor used to sign in/out. As we have a high volume of visitors for security reasons to know who has to be signed out manually.

    Hi Ayesha,

    Thanks for your input. We will open this up to the community for votes. In the meantime, I would like to share a suggestion. If you enable the 'Zone Selection' basic question for visitors and tick 'host notification' then the visitor arrival notification should include the name of the access point the visitor signed in through. If your kiosks each use a different access point you will know exactly which one they used. Hope that helps.

  20. Create a new trigger rule that can detect if a contractor organization has no contract on file.

    Current triggers only work if an organization has a contract - we need to deny access if there is no contract or if all contracts are expired/not valid/not active/etc.

    It might also make sense to add contract "types", so that be used by a trigger as well. For example, if no "Contract Type A" exists or is expired, deny entry and send an email.
