  1. When you currently edit members in a specific organization and go back to the organization, it jumps back to members. It would be nice for the system to stay in the organization you selected to save time instead of having to go back to the organization tab, scroll back to the organization, go back to the members, then find the next member.

  2. In Sign in/out questions - Visitor/Contractors "Contact Info" I would like to see a tick box option for Residential Address (this is a Border Force req) and the Address is linked to something like a google address drop down when you start typing

  3. Accessibility Options:

    One example: Audio confirmation of sign in/out

    With the Kiosk, is it possible to add audio confirmation stating the new status of the person who just signed in/out? The new status does show on screen highlighted in green or red, but might be even more helpful for some people to play audio as well.

    Sometimes employees forget to sign in/out, and then the next time they try to sign in/out eg go out to lunch, they think they might be signed in/out but the status was actually the oppostite. If they aren't paying attention or visually impaired they…

  4. Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

  5. Amend the Evacuation text to mention the created zone because some staff members consistently move around the site such as the yard team and maintenance team, meaning they could be in any zone. Therefore, when I create an event, I always include these individuals. It would be beneficial for them to know the specific zone we are evacuating. If they are not in that zone at that moment, they do not need to evacuate.

  9. During the Contractor sign-in process, we use triggers to deny access due to the Induction not being completed, expired, or failed.
    Could we please have the same trigger also send the correct induction link to the contractor via email or text?
    I suggest adding the induction link to the ‘Matcher Person’ Placeholder on the Trigger.

  10. Visitors/contractors get the visitor pass on their phone. Would one option be having the QR code on the tablet which they scan, fill in data on their phone then that pass stays on their phone.

  11. Ability to push visitor or contractor (member) photo image into the profile of the visitor or member through the API. Currently, we can do this with employees, we need the same functionality to add the photo through API for visitors and members.

  12. Two parts to this idea:

    First - Allow individual Members of Organizations to have associated 'Organization Owners' like the Organization is able to.

    Second - Allow 'Organization Owners' to be an option for who to notify when Contractor signs in without specifying a Host.

  13. Increase Multi Language depth in OnLocation to go deeper into the solution so all aspects are multi language not just a few sections.

  16. Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

  18. When you setup an OnEvac user, they get a specific code. If you setup the same “user” on a different site, it assigns the same code. However, I have some site managers that are the main contact for multiple sites, so when you scan the code, you have to choose from a list of sites. Obviously, this wouldn't be ideal in an actual emergency. I wondered if it could be adjusted so I can setup the worksite as the "user" rather than a staff member?

  19. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  20. We currently spend a lot of time manually processing contractor induction requests - contractor members will email us to request an induction, we clarify and then enter their info, and send them the relevant induction.

    A time-saving measure would be to add a form to our company website where contractor members can add and submit their own information, this links to and adds their info to On Location, and their induction is automatically sent.

    I realise that there are some intricacies to this around data management e.g. any new contractor organisation not already in On Location will still require manual…
