Contractor Portal 2FA for Third parties
When providing access to the Contractor Portal to third party users, it would be helpful to be able to enable a 2FA for additional security such as sms or email verification code alongside the password.

Allow Admins to Set a Custom System-Wide Default Welcome Greeting
Overview
Currently, each location can customise its welcome greeting, but the system default (used when clicking “Use Default” or “Reset to Default”) cannot be changed. It always reverts to the OnLocation-provided message.
We request the ability for organisations to define their own global default greeting that all locations can use.
Problem
Large multi-site organisations must manually update every location whenever the greeting changes.
“Reset to Default” restores the OnLocation system message, not the company’s preferred standard.
Creates inconsistency across sites and extra admin work.
Requested Feature
Add a setting allowing account administrators to:

Optional “Getting Started” Video for Induction Kiosk + Editable Completion Message for All Induction Courses
Customers are requesting more control over the induction experience. Two enhancements are proposed:
Making the “Getting Started” tutorial video optional (Induction Kiosk only).
Allowing the completion message to be editable for all induction courses, regardless of whether they are completed on the Kiosk or online.

Add default certifications to induction invitations
It would be valuable to be able to request default certifications be added directly to inductions. Eg, At a school where all contractors and volunteers require a Working with Children check.

Enable Silent Printing (Edge Browser)
Currently, OnSite kiosks using Brother label printers on Microsoft Edge require manual confirmation for every print job. This slows down visitor and contractor processing, particularly in high-traffic environments, and creates inefficiencies for staff managing inductions or check-ins.
Introducing a “Silent Printing” feature for Edge, allowing print jobs to be automatically processed without manual intervention. This feature could be configurable per kiosk or globally for a location.
Benefits:
Operational Efficiency: Streamlines check-ins and inductions, reducing time per visitor.
Cost Savings: Less staff time spent monitoring or confirming print jobs if client prefers Edge.

Report to See When a Contractor Organization Was Last On Site
Customers would like the ability to report on the most recent onsite activity at the organization level, not just by individual contractor records.
Current Limitation:
The People Presence Report can show the last sign-ins per individual, but there is no automated or direct way to determine the last activity date for a contractor organization as a whole.Why This Matters (Customer Value):

Can we remove the ability of ‘Limited Certification Managers’ to add new certificates (limit user access or create a new user role)?
Hi Team
I have this request for deeper control from Matthew at Cummins. Could you consider the ability to turn on or off the ability for a Limited Certification Manager to add new certificates, as we have customers that use this feature, and giving the ability to turn on or off the option will give total control to the customer.

Multi-Column Sorting in People Presence Report
Current Behavior:
The PPR currently supports sorting by a single field only (e.g., Department or Full Name).
When a user sorts Department A–Z, the Full Name order becomes randomized or is not retained.
This behavior was confirmed as the intended functionality based on the 10/7/2025 release review — no changes were made to sorting logic at that time.
Requested Enhancement:
Add support for multi-level sorting in the People Presence Report.
Example use case:
User first sorts Department A–Z.
Then sorts Full Name A–Z within each department group.

Attachment Option to Custom Questionnaire “Add Option” Field
In the Custom Questionnaires setup under Locations > Sign In/Out Questions > Custom Questionnaire, when configuring a question using the Add Option function, users can currently add an image to an option.
It would be helpful for the future to extend this functionality to support file attachments (e.g. PDF, DOCX) so administrators can upload reference or compliance documents directly within a questionnaire question.
Example Use Case:
A visitor may need to view and acknowledge a safety briefing or policy document before completing sign-in.
Visitor-like Induction questionnaires could include procedural PDFs or forms without redirecting to another system.

Archive inductions
It would be great to be able to archive inductions, that are no longer active, instead of all inductions always showing. We need to be able to keep old inductions, as evidence, so archiving would be fantastic. Thanks

Inductions via QR Code
Currently when a contractor or employee scans the QR code so they can complete their induction, it brings up a list of all inductions, it would be good if this could only bring the associated inductions that are required, as not everyone will know what induction to complete. Thanks

QR Posters Incorporating Title and logo
When creating a QR code for employees and contractor so they can complete their inductions, be good to be able to have a Title (Orgnsation Name) and include the logo. Currently you can only have one or the other and not both. Thanks

Add “Once per Day” frequency option for Acknowledgment Notices

Current Behavior:
Acknowledgment notices can currently be configured with two frequency options:Each time the person signs in/out during the Published Period
Once only during the Published Period
This means users either:
Must acknowledge the notice every time they move between zones (time-consuming), or
Only acknowledge it once, even if the notice remains published for several days.
Customer Feedback:
Users with multiple zones connected to one location find it repetitive to acknowledge the same notice multiple times a day. However, setting it to “Once only during the Published Period” does not meet their compliance…1 voteHi Jenny,

Pause time during inductions
Add a pause time feature in the course builder.
Currently only in the Custom Questionnaire section can you set duration for each question / viewing of information to ensure the reader takes the time to read the content instead of pressing next to skip forward.In each section you build out in the course builder you should be able to set time limits to ensure the learner doesnt just press next to fast forward to compulsory questions.

OnEvac - Shelter In Place/Lockdown notification
We use WhosOnLocation and OnEvac at a school.
At present we can't use the OnEvac system to do Shelter In Place/Lockdown notifications to employees or guest on site. But it would be extremely useful if we could.We don't want to give guests or employees instructions to evacuate buildings when they should be finding a safe spot to conceal themselves away until an all clear is given to come out.

We have a project in our roadmap to create 'incident management templates' which will allow you to create and trigger pre-configured emergency notifications with a customizable audience.

Turn off "What Organization are you from" at kiosk level not location
In certain industries such as Aged Care / Education many visitors are not customer related and dont need to enter an organisation ie. Parent / Family member visiting a Resident. It would be great to be able to build a kiosk specific to these type of visitors and turn off ogranisation they are from OR customise the wording as we also still need the feature to remember them for next time.

SOS more functionality for responders
When a SOS alert is activated and lets say we have 3 set responders it would be good to see that someone has responded so the other 2 don't keep trying to reach out and that a responder is then allocated that Alert and can deactivate it.
At the moment you have no record or who responded to the alert at all.
Would also be good to see communication within an app between SOS alert activator and responders - similar to what is available within the OnEvac App6 votesThanks for your feedback.
We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

Exclude Off-Site Employees from OnEvac Completion Percentage

When creating an OnEvac event in the EVAC mobile app and selecting “On-site employees only” for SMS Verification, off-site employees are still included in the completion calculation. This causes reports to display incomplete or misleading percentages, even when all onsite employees and zones are verified.Problem to Solve:
Currently, the only workaround is to manually verify off-site employees to reach 100 percent. For sites with multiple shifts and large employee numbers, this process is time-consuming and impractical during real emergencies. The reason we notify all employees of an evacuation rather than just those marked 'on-site' is because often there is not perfect compliance - an employee may have forgotten to sign-in, or have signed-out but but not yet left the premises. However we agree that counting off site employees towards the total safe/not safe percentage can cause confusion. We will investigate further and open this up for votes.
