Employees off-site but still available to be selected as hosts.
Can Employees that Host Contractors and/or Visitors, but are off site and not signed-in, be automatically made unavailable to host contractors or visitors.
Employees should only be available to host contractors/visitors if they are on-site to host them.

Hi Cherie, we have had this request before but the feedback was 'hiding' the 'not signed in employee' from the host selection list would cause many false positives. The employee is on-site but forgot to sign-in is one common example and the visitor would then leave.
As a solution suggestion we do support a Trigger where you can tell the visitor (in the form of a onscreen pop up) that their host has been notified but is not currently on site; and if they would like to contact them the host's number is xxxx.
Triggers are highly customizable and configurable. For example; you can set the Trigger to inform a colleague or reception team member that someone has arrived to see <insert host name> but <host> is not onsite.
You can learn more about Triggers here: https://helpdesk.whosonlocation.com/hc/en-us/articles/218121178-Introduction-Triggers
If you need assistance to setup such a Trigger do not hesitate to reach out to support@whosonlocation.com
For now we will leave the idea open for community feedback.
