Alcolizer randomisation
We already have an integration fro Alcolizer, I have asked multiple times over the past 6 years to allow randomisation to apply. Currently we can only breath test every person, customers are asking for and some of our competitors already have the ability to randomize who needs to complete a breath test. The ability for the customer to set some rules like every contractor must do 3 breath tests a year or 45% of contractors and 20% of employees must complete a breath test in a 12 month period.

Expected arrival function for offsite employees at appointments
I want Team Leaders to be able to check if an employee has completed an appointment offsite in the time expected. e.g. other employee tracking apps allow the employee to load expected time at appointment offsite, if they don't check in by x time their team leader gets a prompt to check in. The team leader will need to be different for employees in different teams. It needs to work offsite- e.g. bob goes to see client offsite at 4pm, expected to finish at 5pm, he goes straight home after. Team leader gets a prompt to check in at 5.15…

Mobile SOS choose who receives for different employees
If a staff member uses the SOS on their mobile their message should go to their team leader but at the moment I can only choose generic people to respond regardless of who presses SOS. I would like to be able to choose who gets it- as well as require at least 1 or 2 people who always get it.

Instant messages have SMS delivery option even if using mobile app
I want to send instant messages as a text message if needed to all employees. If something is an emergency staff will see it more readily if it comes through as a text message rather than an app notification. I want to choose if it goes as an SMS to all (e.g. an emergency notice) or app notification (non urgent message)

Allow selection of all locations in a group when running a people presence report
We have multiple groups in our business and each of the groups have multiple locations. Currently you are not able to select all (or multiple) locations in a group when running a people presence report. If this function could be added it would be easier than running multiple reports.

Change name of sign in / sign out on kiosks

Consistent formats in questionaires across all OnLocation Platforms
Question asked are inconsistent in their formatting across browser and mobile app. For example, question for expected duration on site from kiosk/QR code is asking for duration in minutes whereas in the mobile application is asking 24h time.

Employee portal access
Is there a plan in the future to have a READ only access to the portal for employees and their profile. Eg. Employees can log in and see their profile including certs and inductions but not be able to edit anything? Looks like there is only EDIT or nothing.

Certificate expiry
Have an expiry period on a certification itself, much like inductions. E.g. First Aid cert entered in the Cert manager is given an validity period of 1yr. So any first aid certs uploaded for people automatically alert based on ValidFrom date entered. I know there's the ValidTo date on each uploaded cert, but this is pretty error prone and it would be a good reference for people to know that the cert is only valid in our eyes for 1year before they need to renew.

Would it be possible to achieve the view on the Kiosks where all questions within the questionnaire are displayed on one screen, rather than one question per one screen (as it is when using Sign in/out Manager)?

How to go back if you click on the wrong zone
When using on location on the kiosk, when clicking what Zone you are signing into, if a visitor clicks the wrong zone there is no way to go back and change, as it skips back to previous questions instead of going back to the Zone question. Then the only way to navigate this is by continuing the questions then eventually it lets you click cancel and then you can start signing in again. There needs to be a cancel button on the Zone selection page.

Set date to move an employee from one location to another or remove them
We have staff who act in roles at different locations who have an "end" date. It would be useful to be able to enter a date when the employee needs to move to a new location or return to their substantive location.

Pre-invitation emails language
It would be nice to send pre-invitation emails in a different language without changing the default language setting.
Make a dropdown menu to choose the language you wish to send the pre-invitation email.

Allow API to work for Insurances the same way the API works for Certifications
I have a feature request below for the API. We currently do this for certifications, and we would like to be able to do the same for insurances.
Some background
Time & People has been doing enormous work with customers to help them integrate better with OnLocation. The majority of customers are from 15+ locationsTime & People have found many work around for the ,limitations of OnLocation and the API, OnLocation has already made a lot of changes to the API over the past few years from Time & People requests

Automatic SOS alarm trigger
Communication radios use a function called Man Down, if a radio gets in an horizontal position, it sends an automated SOS message to a Monitoring Center, indication a possible accident of the person using the radio. That's because, maybe the person is so injured that cannot send the message by its own.
Could be a way to configure a mobile App function to get an alarm trigger same as this radio function?
