  1. As you did for the renewal fee to automatically charge when lease renewal dates are changed (as an event) could the same principles be applied for Advertising Fees one a prospect tenant has been converted to a current tenant

  2. I believe we should be able to adjust/edit/delete the bond increase amount field when a user error has been made. For example - I prepared a new lease agreement and filled out the Rent Schedule. I included the amount for bond top up. I then found out the dates entered were incorrect. Why are we unable to edit or delete the bond increase? We can edit all other fields so why not allow for editing or deleting the bond increase amount?

  3. Inspection Frequency should be in property rather than tenant. When properties have different inspection frequencies, it should be loaded in the property, not the tenant as when tenants change, it is often missed if the property is meant to be inspected at a different schedule than the normal frequency.

  5. Id like to be able to create an adhoc emails and select the time and date it is sent out.
    Example - If I am at my desk at 5am or 10pm trying to get a few things done, I would like to be able to have the email sent out to tenants or owners between 9am-6pm only.

  8. It would be a significant improvement if Property Tree allowed users to create or add a new strata company/contact directly from the Strata section within a property's details, rather than requiring users to leave the property, navigate to the Contractors module, create the contact there, and then return to the property.

    A workflow similar to the Sales module would be ideal, where users can create a new conveyancer directly from the relevant screen without interrupting the setup process.

  9. Would be great if owner statements and EOFY I&E could automatically be put in to the Documents tab so that Owners can see them. I've been told we need to load them in individually which is just not viable...

  13. Business Owners/Team Leaders should be able to generate a EOFY Report, with month to month data.

    This would be similar to the Statistics Report & would include complete Financial Year stats for either individual staff/team/portfolio/office.

    This would generate - where they started the year>finished to be used for KPIs, portfolio health check, growth trajectory etc.

  15. When generating a Sales Ledger and Sales Marketing and Sundries Report when processing EOM, the report is excessively long as it includes sales from previous years regardless of the accounting period (e.g. the month to be closed) being selected. These reports should only include sales included in the month that has been selected.

  16. A report showing all user permissions assigned to each business role, including both PT default and customised roles, would be highly valuable. This would facilitate permission audits and improve oversight of access controls, especially where multiple custom security roles exist.

  18. The ability to simplify workflows and to reduce the amount of tasks within a workflow. One task that has more functionality ie. more shortcuts to actions in property tree and ability to have more than one hyperlink

  19. The team are getting overwhelmed with the amount of tasks within a workflow. It is time consuming and difficult to schedule them due to the way the workflows are set up with a start date. Would be great to have a due date to work towards that triggers the tasks within the workflow based on the completion date. For example a lost management workflow - could be 30, 60 or 90 days.

  20. Include a more standout noting system when receipting tenants rent to ensure rent/advanced water is receipted correctly if paid in a whole payment. Too often is advanced water being receipted to part payment and tenants want it cancelled and re-allocated.
