  1. Ownership statement template improvements

    1. Template fields to include respective "Property Manager" for signing off.

    2. Have one link to which consolidates both the ownership statements and creditor invoices – this “one click” consolidation into one document is an appreciated convenience for owners to have statements and supporting documents in one file.

  2. When the rent is receipted and the tenant has no email, then send the rent receipt to the company inbox so it can be printed and sent to the tenant - like how PT does this with Automated Communications.

  3. With the new feature where a bond increase can be added with a rent increase, its it possible to have Property Tree calculate what the increase is rather than relying on users calculating this leaving room for mistakes. This could be a pre-determined setting based on bond being equal to 4 weeks rent or whatever is set up for each account.

  4. Please can we add a account description column next to the account code column in "find transactions". It will make it easier to read exported Excel reports without having to do a vlookup function.

  6. In QLD there is a different billercode to allow bond to be paid to the Residential Tenancies Authority, if the tenant does not have an email address or if the tenants do not have unique email addresses (share the same email address). We cannot lodge these bonds via the RTA portal, therefore have to request a reference number from the RTA. The billercode used for these payments is different to the billercode used for online bond lodgements

  7. The ability to change the format of Tenancy Invoices would be handy, especially for Tenants that are visually impaired. For example, increase font size or add in colours to highlight important information on the Tenancy Invoices. Also, have the option to add additional payment options not just Trust Account Information.

  9. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

    1. I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
    2. Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

  10. Bond reporting to have set date reporting filters, ie for month, if we forget to print report on the 1st of the month then all the transactions up to the date you print are reported and not relative to the month reconciling

  12. Can we please have a list of payments made towards an invoice show on the tenancy invoice screen? This would make it easy to see when the last time a payment was made as well as how often payments are being made.

  13. When a tenant invoice has been paid direct to the creditor, and the creditor issues a credit note, this can currently be added to the tenancy, however not against the creditor.

  16. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.

  17. We are finding if needing to send a message through to owners with attachments or a body of text that can be edited (eg. rent review/lease renewal suggestion ad hoc message) which is specific to their property the email message includes our admin as the sender. I think it is really important to have something like this coming from the person managing their property rather than the staff with less experience displayed as the person sending the message, it would also create less confusion so when they reply it comes straight back to the property manager

  18. Hi, just wondering if we could bing the integration with EagleCRM, we've been heavily working on this CRM and PropertyTree, and we wish that we could get this two working seamlessly with Database exchange. many thanks

  19. As you did for the renewal fee to automatically charge when lease renewal dates are changed (as an event) could the same principles be applied for Advertising Fees one a prospect tenant has been converted to a current tenant
