  1. Further integration between Eagle and PT to allow listings to push from Eagle to PT, save time, push and advance information, seamless functionality, less confusion. This would allow users of both to have better control and usabilty and would be a game changer.

  2. It would be great to have the option to send the Tenancy a Remittance when a Tenancy Payment is made to their account. This would list the reason/s why the payment is made, based on the description entered. For example, is it a refund of bond held in trust, a vacate credit etc.

  3. When creating a new profile, in particular an ownership or vendor (as well as adding a new contact!), the system should lookup possible duplicate owners, vendors, or contacts. There have been multiple times where a duplicate owner is created and because it was achieved or overlooked. In contacts you can search for existing contacts but similar to how you type an address in it should try to match with the existing database.

  4. It would be very helpful to have a section of the tenancy profile that will allow you to include a tenant's vehicle registration plate to there profile.
    It would be nice if they can access this on the portal to update it.
    This will be very helpful in apartments.

  5. As Sales are different to Rentals and even then the data should be live. If I add a deposit receipt into the system today for yesterday, I want to be able to reconcile it today, not have to wait a further day to reconcile or make adjustments. We are not importing any bank files, just entering manually as it is much quicker.

  6. Being able to flag emails in communications that you may need to come back to but don't want to forget.

    Emails automatically completing themselves after a certain time frame e.g. 3 months.

  7. Automated email alert should be sent out to owners once we have uploaded a document in their owner's portal. Sometimes we upload important AGM notices and other emails, it is important to alert the owners that a new document is uploaded in their owner's portal instead of them not knowing when to login to their portal to view important documents manually.

  9. I need to generate reports from information that is stored under notes. However, the property address is not included in this information, which still creates a lot of additional work. Please can a column be added to at least include the property address.

  10. Recommend having a Termination Reason column under 'Vacating Tenants' or 'Vacated Tenants' to review information in one location. This will assist in knowing if the property is being relet / handed over etc

  12. We need to send notices from strata every day to multiple properties under the one units plan.
    It would make it a lot easier to send a bulk email under the units plan/creditor rather than going into each individual property to send it.

  13. currently have to upload one at a time, can be time consuming when multiple photos or documents are required. It can be done when linking an invoice so would think this feature is an easy one to add

  14. When tenants pay rent via a rent schedule a report is necessary to keep track of the rent increases for each month.

    Rent schedule tenants need to be coming up on direct debit batch so we can be prompted to change amounts when due

  15. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  16. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

  17. We have tenancies where it may be a leasehold, owners friend, family etc and a bond may not be payable but it will come up on the "no bond held" report.

    It would be good if you could enter in "No Bond Required" in reference or as a drop down option so it had it's own report for filtering.

  18. There as Strata Plans that are attached to a Community Scheme but there is no way to link the two in PT so if we have a pool certificate for a community and various stratas under the community there should be a way to link all the properties under the one community, not just for compliance reasons

  19. Having the option to lock individual users profiles so those users can only see information related to their own portfolio. EG a Property Manager would only be able to look up their own portfolios cards, rent arrears etc.

  20. To be able to enter management fees as a flat fee. - IE. we have stakeholders that pay their management fees quarterly and annually.

    We currently enter this in as a (manual) fee and then have to label each stakeholder whereas if it was an option to have a non-percentage flat fee this would also allow us to capture this in our fees reporting each month/year.

    Currently it is very manual to capture this for reporting purposes.
