  1. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  2. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

  3. We have tenancies where it may be a leasehold, owners friend, family etc and a bond may not be payable but it will come up on the "no bond held" report.

    It would be good if you could enter in "No Bond Required" in reference or as a drop down option so it had it's own report for filtering.

  4. There as Strata Plans that are attached to a Community Scheme but there is no way to link the two in PT so if we have a pool certificate for a community and various stratas under the community there should be a way to link all the properties under the one community, not just for compliance reasons

  5. Having the option to lock individual users profiles so those users can only see information related to their own portfolio. EG a Property Manager would only be able to look up their own portfolios cards, rent arrears etc.

  6. To be able to enter management fees as a flat fee. - IE. we have stakeholders that pay their management fees quarterly and annually.

    We currently enter this in as a (manual) fee and then have to label each stakeholder whereas if it was an option to have a non-percentage flat fee this would also allow us to capture this in our fees reporting each month/year.

    Currently it is very manual to capture this for reporting purposes.

  7. BPAY Compatible Tenancy ID so when a new tenancy is creating, it allocates the BPAY number automatically rather than manually entering it. REST use to have that and it was a great

  9. When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.

  12. Mail merge templates for emails need to be more user friendly. Currently if you want to add an image you need to copy from an image on the internet - you should be able to copy an image off your computer. You also cannot add things like editable tables to the mail merge. To be able to provide comprehensive data to landlords adding a table would be ideal. The mail merge templates should function more like a normal word document merge.

  13. Batch payments have a reference number and no payee description. Is it possible to have the payee group listed, rather than having to drill down on the transaction to identify if it is a creditor, agency, bond or owner payment. If it could list the batch payment payee that would be helpful and time saving.

  16. when we do the tenant Download, the system generates receipt and email to the tenant, the file name start with ""Receipt6462"" would be possible change the digits to the front of the file name like ""6465Receipt""

  17. We work across two states, so would love that REI ACT & REI NSW both integrate into the system together. It would also be good if it pulled up more data from Property Tree into the documents, then what it currently does (for instance when doing a new lease it only pulls up one owners name not both or the owners contact name, not necessarily the name of ownership)

    It would be great to have an integration where we enter termination details and then can pull the form pre populated as best as possible as well - just in general…

  18. The Find Creditor Invoice page has links for #, CREDITOR and PROPERTY. Adding a CREATE INVOICE link will make creating an invoice with the same creditor and property quicker and easier. Please consider.

  19. I think the window for the email is very small and if you are writing a long email, you can't see the whole thing - why is it limited to a third of screen?
