  1. Under the advertising on the admin section client mentioned the advertising is not showing alphabetical order and want to have that feature added on the list of arrangement to easily find the items

  3. When clicking on "Add Ownership" and typing in an address on the Addresses drop down field that is not added yet, Clicking on new address should add the address typed on the drop down field. Also when the Add New Address Window appears and clicked outside the box, even if the window disappears, it should not delete anything typed in on the fields on this window.

  4. Implement a Key Register within Eagle CRM to track the collection and return of property keys by tradespeople, owners, agents, and other authorised parties. This feature would provide a clear record of who has possession of keys at any given time, when they were checked out, and when they were returned. Similar to the functionality used in property management, a key register would improve accountability, enhance security, and ensure accurate records are maintained for all key movements.

  6. Have the ability to Tag another team member/ user on Eagle when leaving a note or comment against a contact, property or deal so they get an email or alert that a note or comment has been created that they need to know about.

  7. When sending an email, SMS, adding a note or linking activity to a property, Eagle often returns a long list of historical listings, including properties sold many years ago. This makes it difficult to quickly find the correct property and creates a real risk of attaching activity to the wrong listing.

    Suggested Improvements

    Prioritise draft and active listings and current property records in search results.

    Allow users to filter by Draft Active, Sold and Archived properties.

    Improve search ranking so the most relevant result appears first. The current search process is inefficient and unnecessarily increases the risk of user error.

  8. For Property alert emails that go out, be able to have these go out on a custom template for your office. At present is generic and not best formatting. Would like the option to be able to create your own custom Property alert template

  9. It would be good if there is an active tenant in Property tree that Eagle pulls their name and information the same way it pulls Owner details. This would save manually having to enter tenants when listing

  10. I am writing to request a feature enhancement for our vendor reports to better track lead management. Could you please add a "status" or "actioned" indicator to the REA and Domain email enquiries extracted in these reports?

    Currently, the report shows when enquiries are received but does not indicate if an agent has followed up. This prevents us from seeing the true status of our information and agent activity. Adding a feature to show that enquiries have been actioned would be much appreciated.

  11. Would like to see a dedicated section for hitlists, buyer requirements and tenant requirements.

    It would be great to have the ability to add specific requirements and generate a list of contacts who are actively looking or considered “hot” prospects.

    This would also allow agents to cross-reference their current listings against active requirements within the database and identify suitable matches more efficiently.

  14. Hi,

    I wanted to suggest a potential improvement to the ownership date section when adding properties.

    Currently, the field requires selecting a date via the inbuilt calendar. It would be really helpful if users could also manually type in the date instead. The current process can be quite slow and fiddly, especially when switching between other tools or websites like PriceFinder.

    Allowing direct input would make the workflow much more efficient and user-friendly.

  16. When creating an AML check in Eagle, if the vendor contact has been added to the property listing then I click ‘Create AML check’, the contact should auto-populate in the Contact section of the pop up box (currently it is blank and the contact needs to be searched and added).

  18. Ability to be able to pop out applications (right click open in new browser) as this makes it so much easier to go through all the applications in bulk, instead of one by one and its a longer process to go back to 'current applications' after reviewing one as it doesn't save the property you were looking at.

    Also the ability to search via 'Property manager'

  20. Addresses do not always sort correctly when ordered by street name.

    The issue appears to be related to capitalisation, with addresses entered in CAPITALS being sorted separately from addresses entered in standard sentence case. This results in the address list appearing out of order and makes it more difficult to locate properties.

    Suggested Improvements

    1. Make address sorting case-insensitive.
    2. Standardise address formatting where possible.
    3. Ensure addresses sort alphabetically regardless of whether they are entered in capitals, lowercase or sentence case.

    This would improve consistency and make address lists easier to navigate and manage.
