A resend function for emails
I would like to suggest adding a resend function for emails.
At present, if we send a lengthy email with multiple attachments and it bounces due to an incorrect email address, we have to recreate the entire email and reattach all of the documents before sending it to the corrected address.
A resend option that allowed us to update the recipient's email address and resend the original message would save a significant amount of time and make the process much more efficient.

Important Contract Dates to Automatically Feed Through to Agent Calendars
We would like important contract and compliance dates to automatically feed through to the relevant Agent/s’ Eagle calendars, similar to Open Inspection dates.
Important key dates could include contract acceptance dates, finance due dates, building and pest due dates, settlement due dates, listing expiry dates, real estate license expiry dates, staff/team birthdays, other key contract or compliance dates.
Agents generally plan their days using their phone calendars, so having key dates automatically scheduled in their Eagle calendar (which connects to their phone calendar) would make it much easier to track upcoming deadlines and plan accordingly. Currently, Agents can use automated…2 votes -

Adding New Address under "Add Ownership" option in Contact Profile
When clicking on "Add Ownership" and typing in an address on the Addresses drop down field that is not added yet, Clicking on new address should add the address typed on the drop down field. Also when the Add New Address Window appears and clicked outside the box, even if the window disappears, it should not delete anything typed in on the fields on this window.

Being able to manually add dates within date fields, Ownership date - Sidebar
Hi,
I wanted to suggest a potential improvement to the ownership date section when adding properties.
Currently, the field requires selecting a date via the inbuilt calendar. It would be really helpful if users could also manually type in the date instead. The current process can be quite slow and fiddly, especially when switching between other tools or websites like PriceFinder.
Allowing direct input would make the workflow much more efficient and user-friendly.

Contract - Commissions Tab Summary Report
On a Contract Under the Commissions Tab, Summary only shows Ex GST and would like to be able to have the summary to shows Incl GST as well as an option.

Tag users on notes, calls etc
Have the ability to Tag another team member/ user on Eagle when leaving a note or comment against a contact, property or deal so they get an email or alert that a note or comment has been created that they need to know about.

Contact to auto-populate when creating AML check on property
When creating an AML check in Eagle, if the vendor contact has been added to the property listing then I click ‘Create AML check’, the contact should auto-populate in the Contact section of the pop up box (currently it is blank and the contact needs to be searched and added).

Property Search & Filtering
When sending an email, SMS, adding a note or linking activity to a property, Eagle often returns a long list of historical listings, including properties sold many years ago. This makes it difficult to quickly find the correct property and creates a real risk of attaching activity to the wrong listing.
Suggested Improvements
Prioritise draft and active listings and current property records in search results.
Allow users to filter by Draft Active, Sold and Archived properties.
Improve search ranking so the most relevant result appears first. The current search process is inefficient and unnecessarily increases the risk of user error.

Property Alert emails - Create your own template
For Property alert emails that go out, be able to have these go out on a custom template for your office. At present is generic and not best formatting. Would like the option to be able to create your own custom Property alert template

Pulling tenant information from Property Tree
It would be good if there is an active tenant in Property tree that Eagle pulls their name and information the same way it pulls Owner details. This would save manually having to enter tenants when listing

Pest and Building condition in Contracts section
Under the contracts section I'd like to have the option to set the due date for Pest and building condition. In Queensland most contracts are subject to both finance and pest and building inspections and they often have different due dates. It really should already appear the same as the Finance condition above. It should also be included in the check box section on top of the contract information so it can be ticked once Pest and building condition is satisfied.

When creating a sales advice through the send a letter to the vendor's solicitor button, have the format written in notes carry through (eg. if there are different lines for each item it will look the same in the sales advice - like below)
