Integration between PT and Eagle
Further integration between Eagle and PT to allow listings to push from Eagle to PT, save time, push and advance information, seamless functionality, less confusion. This would allow users of both to have better control and usabilty and would be a game changer.

Tenancy Payment Remittances
It would be great to have the option to send the Tenancy a Remittance when a Tenancy Payment is made to their account. This would list the reason/s why the payment is made, based on the description entered. For example, is it a refund of bond held in trust, a vacate credit etc.

Create a profile for buildings / complexes with ability to allocate properties under the 1 building. You should be able to save notes and files against the building.

duplication detection when creating new profiles or contacts
When creating a new profile, in particular an ownership or vendor (as well as adding a new contact!), the system should lookup possible duplicate owners, vendors, or contacts. There have been multiple times where a duplicate owner is created and because it was achieved or overlooked. In contacts you can search for existing contacts but similar to how you type an address in it should try to match with the existing database.

Vehicle Registration
It would be very helpful to have a section of the tenancy profile that will allow you to include a tenant's vehicle registration plate to there profile.
It would be nice if they can access this on the portal to update it.

Live Data- Sales
As Sales are different to Rentals and even then the data should be live. If I add a deposit receipt into the system today for yesterday, I want to be able to reconcile it today, not have to wait a further day to reconcile or make adjustments. We are not importing any bank files, just entering manually as it is much quicker.

Automated communication - add more merge field
We need the "Rent Increase Date" merge field for automated communication, "Lease Expiry: Ownership" to notify the owner when the rent is due to increase.

It would be good to have other categories in the tenant vacate tab
- NCAT orders i.e. when the termination order is a suspended vacate date, or payment plan, rectification of breach, or
- Payment Plan i.e. when tenant has entered into a payment plan - still in arrears, but complying with the breach therefore not technically "vacating" or "termination"

Flag communication emails and auto completing
Being able to flag emails in communications that you may need to come back to but don't want to forget.
Emails automatically completing themselves after a certain time frame e.g. 3 months.

Automated email alert to owners once a document is uploaded in their owner's portal.
Automated email alert should be sent out to owners once we have uploaded a document in their owner's portal. Sometimes we upload important AGM notices and other emails, it is important to alert the owners that a new document is uploaded in their owner's portal instead of them not knowing when to login to their portal to view important documents manually.

Tenants are not on the "Effective rental arrears" list once their last day of tenancy is entered in PT.
Tenants are not in the effective rental arrears list anymore once their vacating date is submitted in the PT. So we as an agent are not informed if they are effectively in arrears until we go into the Tenant's Portal to find out manually. This error is definitely need to be fixed. So we get to know in advance that the vacating tenant are in arrears at the time when they move out. So now my tenant moving out next week have more than 4 weeks in arrears now because I was not alert of his rental arrears. Please fix…

Find note report to include property address
I need to generate reports from information that is stored under notes. However, the property address is not included in this information, which still creates a lot of additional work. Please can a column be added to at least include the property address.

Vacating Tenants - Termination Reason Column
Recommend having a Termination Reason column under 'Vacating Tenants' or 'Vacated Tenants' to review information in one location. This will assist in knowing if the property is being relet / handed over etc
