  1. duplication detection when creating new profiles or contacts

    When creating a new profile, in particular an ownership or vendor (as well as adding a new contact!), the system should lookup possible duplicate owners, vendors, or contacts. There have been multiple times where a duplicate owner is created and because it was achieved or overlooked. In contacts you can search for existing contacts but similar to how you type an address in it should try to match with the existing database.

  2. Show software version number at base of each printed report

    Show software version number at base of each printed report - this is required for each audit report in Queensland and would save time for both agents and auditors.

  3. Owner Statement Auto Email add merge field for property manager name and email

    To be able to amend the text and add merge for property manager name and email for any queries. At this time many owner hit the auto reply and it goes to the person whom is running the office end of month. The first day of the month is quite often sorting and forwarding to property managers. e.g. owner will reply thanks, how is the lease renewal progressing?
