Ad Hoc emails
Have been using Ad Hoc emails and adding a second email address to get a copy emailed to additional tenants etc - but that doesn’t show up in the Communications or Print View (and it really should). Otherwise we have no record that the email went to both email addresses.

Maintenance notes should be highlighted to draw attention to them when raising a work order - This is where key instructions or limits applied are noted.

Print from invoice genius
The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue8 votes -

Better explain part payments to owners on statements
Owners have trouble understanding a part payment being paid to them in advance of a full weeks rent currently showing with the paid to and effective dates, so if a tenant pays the old rent amount or rent in advance it is confusing when they receive this money, always months later this is queried.
Could this show on the statement clearly with part payment towards the effective date has been paid to to the owner9 votesPlease pop a comment on any ideas you have to better explain this to your owners

Set up automated communication for agent
Currently we can set up to automatically a tenant or owner that the lease is due for renewal at x days. We would like an option that we can set up automatic emails to the agent at x days so they can be triggered to individualize the communication to the owner.

Auto receipts to be sent to ownership when they make a contribution ( eg deposits for repairs )
It should be a requirement to provide an owner with a receipt if they make a deposit to the trust account. This should occur automatically.

Add property manager to profile before saving
When adding new property, please have a tab to select business role/property manager rather than having to select it after you have saved the property and tenancy. As this then makes it go to unassigned automatically and creates a lot of difficulty.

Create credit for future invoices (residential)
Currently, credits can only be applied to rent or existing invoices.
If a tenant receives an incorrect invoice and has paid it already, it would be ideal to be able to apply the credit to future invoices to make up for the over payment.9 votes -
Ability to change when to withhold funds for invoices
Currently owner funds are withheld for payments due in the next 30 days, we'd like the ability to change this to make it shorter based on our business requirements for instance only withhold funds for payments due in the next 15 days.

Pre-tick "owners" only when sending routine reports to owners
Pre- tick sending inspection reports to "owner" type only in inspection emails to ownership entity. It currently pre-ticks to send to all ownership entities eg. Emergency contacts.

Portal documents sort order
I have an owner with multiple properties over two agencies.
He wants to be able to sort or filter his documents in the 'my documents' section.
There is no option to do this and order the current order seems be be a bit random.

User Activity Summary Report
Summaries a user's daily activity not just login date and time.
It would be very useful for the administrators to monitor the user activity in Property Tree and assess the user's work efficiency using Property Tree and identify areas that users do not use often and need training on.
