Routine Scheduling based on Property not Tenancy

Have a way to set routine inspections by PROPERTY not TENANT - it just links the current tenancy automatically. This way we can set up auto-reschedule for every 26 weeks and not have to edit the routine dates when a new tenant is locked in.

    For default inspection periods (ie 6 monthly 9 monthly) to be triggered on properties and not on tenant. So that we dont have to remember to update new tenant inspection defaults

    For there to be an option when setting up new managements to over ride the routine scheduling for the property so you aren't having to change it for every new tenancy. For example, some landlords prefer 3 or 4 a year and the automatic scheduling means you need to change it every time you put a new tenant in.
