  3. We have had a request from a Company to add Purchase Order Numbers to Tax Invoices. Can this please be added somewhere other than having to do Invoices Manually. Thank you

  4. It is often difficult to find all MAA's for an owner. It would be good to be able to easily see these all in one place. Perhaps under the Ownership tab? If the view could be similar to compliance, that would be so much easier to find current and past MAA's.

    These are key legal documents that should be quick and easy to find. Thank you.

  5. It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

  6. Instead of having to filter through the documents tab to find the most current lease / MA, the current lease and MA should be able to be viewed by clicking on a document icon within the profile box (like that of the email icon)

  7. Please create a log with dates, times and recipients for maintenance jobs.

    At the moment the only info that is provided is the date the job was created. Nothing to show if/when it was sent and if you resend the job as a reminder and confirmation it was received. We also do not get notified if the email fails to send to the intended recipient.

  9. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  10. In Rest you were able to go straight to the property and bring up all transactions / creditor payment made for that property instead of viewing through owner ledger and searching.

  11. We would like to be able to edit the Commercial invoice format template.

    We would like to be able to insert unique bank account details for certain invoices and not for others since our bank has given a unique EFT account number for each client. Commercial clients usually scan the invoices and we are unable to have a unique bank account on each invoice now.

  13. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

  15. Can you please create a function whereby we can add a random note to pin to the top of our dashboard in a red banner, like 'Close Period' reminder you give us. It would be invaluable for daily use. Thanks.

  17. To be able to filter what type of Invoices you require. e.g.: commissions, advertising etc.

    So you can see who has been sent an invoice and has paid or not and also reporting income expected.

    The report would be very helpful in cash flow control.

  19. Be able to Inv a commercial tenant for GST only and have it show on the owners account as GST collected. This is used when a commercial tenant pays the bill direct to the supplier instead of the realestate. Owner is still entitled to collect gst and atm we are unable to inv for just the GST portion without it showing in the amount excl GST section.

  20. On the Pay Ownership screen:
    It would be great to have the ability to sort the column of ‘PAY AMOUNT’ in order, so all the owner's with missing payment details (displayed as ‘No Payment Info’) are grouped together for easy identification.
    Currently, they are not always listed/sorted in order.
    It's not very user friendly having to export the grid as a CSV, set filters to sort and identify any missing payment info.
