On the tenant card, it would be great if there was a pet icon if pets were approved as a quick reference

    HI, A pet approved or unapproved tab with description box or instruction box or combined box would be great tool for us SA PM's as the laws have changed here regarding pet approvals or disapprovals before and during an occupancy.

    When we do routines, it would be good to know if a cat or dog on the property so we don't let them out............

    Also when giving references to tenants moving out, they ask about if tenants had pets which means we have to dive back into the original application to check how many they have if we don't know offhand. If a pet icon in PT it would save lots of time plus photo, please!

    PLEASE add a pet section! It makes it very difficult to a tenant is not breaching a lease if we cannot easily check if a pet is approved.

    Can a tab please be created to Pets so that Property Managers know what pets are at the property and what is approved. Can we also please be able to add a photo.
    Can this information please feed through to the MRI Inspection App.

    Yes please this would make a huge difference. If we had a pet field, it would make routine inspections easier also!

    Pets Tab in Tenant Section:
    If a tenant is approved for pets then have a tab available where photos, documents, Pet names and types can be added as well as notes on the pets like " Owner needs to be home Dog will bite''. This would also be handy to have in the inspection app.

    Add a pet to a section under the tenant section for ease of location to be able to check if a pet is permitted or not without having to add it in notes or checking the lease agreement

    Having a dedicated place to document approved pets at the property. It would be great if this could integrate into Inspection Manager for awareness & easy identification of unapproved pets.
