  1. When inviting tenants to tenant portal, it would be good if that list only showed the contacts marked as tenant or landlord

    so that the emergency contacts & accountants, etc. do not accidentally get sent a invite request

  2. Property Tree App – Access to Property Maintenance Notes

    It would be extremely beneficial if the Property Tree mobile app provided access to the Property Maintenance Notes.

    Our Maintenance Coordinator relies on the app in the field, but critical information such as owner-approved maintenance spending limits and properties requiring owner approval before works can proceed is only available in the desktop version.

    Having this information accessible in the mobile app would eliminate unnecessary administration, reduce delays, improve efficiency, and help ensure repairs are managed correctly while on site.

    Coming up to the Easter long weekend our team has suggested how handy it would be to be able to lodge work orders directly from the app. It seems to have mostly everything else that we need but this is one major thing that would benefit us !

  6. Ability for RRP to update Account details with 2FA

    RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.
    We are seeing more and more RRP's looking for more secure options to share bank accounts details.

  7. Contact Name Display on Caller ID for Property Tree Contacts App

    Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  9. Property Tree Application - Access more functionality from mobile

    It would be great to have PropertyTree on an application, not just the "Property Contacts" application where it's contacts only. It's critical to be able to record phone calls/sms's/notes when out on the road and also be able to just click on owners/tenants phone numbers from the site; so really combine PT Contacts app with the Propertytree website
