  1. We have found that strata companies and now many of trades will not click on links. This is causing us duplication of work as we resend the work order as an attachment.

  2. The Street used to appear as a column, and made scheduling much easier! Please bring it back as we have a number of properties on the same streets and want to ensure we schedule appropriately. Please!

  3. I'd love to see a section in the financials of all Invoice history for that tenancy or ownership instead of having to go through the ledger or scroll through the financials tap hunting for an invoice.

  4. This is a pain, I have 97 ‘open’ tasks that I have to transfer to two other team members, and the only way to do this is to open each one to see who the property manager is now following the re-distribution of properties between these two team members.

  7. While it is nice that Property Tree charge owner the routine inspection fee whenever we finalised a routine inspection report on Inspection Express. However, when we finalised an Entry or Exit Inspection, Property Tree charge the owner the Routine Inspection Fee instead of the Entry/Exit inspection fee.
    Could Property Tree rectify this? Thank you.

  9. Insurance entered for a property should not go over with the property during change of ownership as this would have been for when the previous owner managed it not the new ownership.

  10. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  11. Clients have statements issued via email when payment made but when paying agency not statement is sent
    We are required to locate and print/download/email manually. This should be simple if it can be done for clients it should be also available to the agency

  14. We would like to be able to differentiate between two separate PT accounts, so when switching between accounts they look visibly different. This may be in the form of a different background colour (this was an option in REST).

  17. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  19. My idea is to change the rent arrears day from the day the rent is due to the next day as the Residential Tenancies Act NSW 2010, states that the rent is due on or before the day it is due. So, if the tenant pays their rent on the day it is due, they are not one day in arrears and they shouldn't be showing as they are in arrears.

  20. Hey Team!
    It would be handy to customise lease expiries/ lease renewals communications on specific tenancies, such as a "task" orientated set up specific for lease expires/ lease renewals on individual properties.
    Basically what I want to do, would be to customise an email to an owner recommending an increase amount and renewal for 12 months, however rather then creating our own email and sending it every month in advance to every owner, it would automatically be sent on a specific date that we set.
