  1. currently have to upload one at a time, can be time consuming when multiple photos or documents are required. It can be done when linking an invoice so would think this feature is an easy one to add

  2. When purchasing a rent roll and importing an excisting tenancy we need at least the last rent increase to come across in the rent schedule but the entire rent schedule would be more accurate and helpful

  3. With the new legislation coming into effect, is it possible to have an alert when entering a new rent schedule that the last rent change was within the last 12 months? The user then has the option to continue with the new rent schedule or cancel. thanks

  6. I noticed that if there are multiple properties under one ownership, then the owner ledger shows all properties records together, it is hard for us to find a record of one single property, hope you can a function allowing user to check owner records of one single property.

  7. When tenants pay rent via a rent schedule a report is necessary to keep track of the rent increases for each month.

    Rent schedule tenants need to be coming up on direct debit batch so we can be prompted to change amounts when due

  8. Please add time based fee triggers for property transactions. Eg we require admin fees to be entered under the property for some of our managements and only for the common property for unit blocks owned by one ownership. Would be great if we can have this set up to trigger on a certain day of each month prior to end of month being run so they will appear on these owner statements.

  9. The new bond increase is great, but it needs to be available for commercial properties and be able to genrate an invoice with rent increase and bond increase.

  10. Recently I discovered that my recent model iPhone is saving photos in a HEIC format and P/T workorders only appears to accept JPEG and perhaps PNG. Going forward I suspect I could change my iphone to save future images in JPEG format. However this seems like a backward step

  11. With the new Commercial Tenancy Statement, is there any way to filter by a due date for outstanding invoices (outside of rent cycle). Currently, all invoices entered are showing under outstanding, regardless of if they are overdue. This could be an issue as some invoices are entered in well in advance.

  13. Adding the ability to create a pop up notification when you open a ownership, property or tenancy profile. Making it easier for users rather than having to search through notes for important info such as preferred tradesman and other important info that normally gets missed.

  15. When generating new REI forms through the tenant card, most documents have to be renamed before they can be sent out due to invalid characters, this should be part of the integration and is just one extra step that we shouldn't have to do. I've also noticed that when generating MA's through REI forms it doesn't pick up all owners names & they have to be added manually.

  16. When selecting 'Mail merge multiple' or 'email all' from the owner's screen, emergency contacts, accountants and other are all automatically included in the correspondence and it's a manual step to remove which can very easily be forgotten or missed. Can it be an option to add these contacts in instead of being automatic as a lot of information sent to Owners is sensitive?

  17. We want to create an email mailmerge for a commercial tenant to show their arrears for rent, budgeted outgoings and any other invoice. We also want to highlight the overall total of their arrears figure. However there is no template field that gives the overall arrears figure.

  19. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

  20. When a new tenancy is loaded and the let fee is triggered, could it be possible to create a trigger option for when the first rent is receipted by the new tenants? Owners have been a little upset sometimes that the let fee is charged prior to them receiving their rental payment...I know we can choose to manually do the let fee, however we would love a trigger option for this if possible.
