  2. Adding the ability to create a pop up notification when you open a ownership, property or tenancy profile. Making it easier for users rather than having to search through notes for important info such as preferred tradesman and other important info that normally gets missed.

  4. When generating new REI forms through the tenant card, most documents have to be renamed before they can be sent out due to invalid characters, this should be part of the integration and is just one extra step that we shouldn't have to do. I've also noticed that when generating MA's through REI forms it doesn't pick up all owners names & they have to be added manually.

  5. When selecting 'Mail merge multiple' or 'email all' from the owner's screen, emergency contacts, accountants and other are all automatically included in the correspondence and it's a manual step to remove which can very easily be forgotten or missed. Can it be an option to add these contacts in instead of being automatic as a lot of information sent to Owners is sensitive?

  6. We want to create an email mailmerge for a commercial tenant to show their arrears for rent, budgeted outgoings and any other invoice. We also want to highlight the overall total of their arrears figure. However there is no template field that gives the overall arrears figure.

  7. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  8. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

  9. When a new tenancy is loaded and the let fee is triggered, could it be possible to create a trigger option for when the first rent is receipted by the new tenants? Owners have been a little upset sometimes that the let fee is charged prior to them receiving their rental payment...I know we can choose to manually do the let fee, however we would love a trigger option for this if possible.

  10. As part of the new legislation we need to be able to retrieve strata By Laws to provide this to the tenant. We should be able to save the document against the strata details under the property.

  11. Under "Managements" -"Find Profile" a "Type" of profile to select should be Commercial. Currently we can only choose "Properties" which filters ALL properties. "Type" of profiles to search to be added could read Residential or Commercial. Adding Tags to properties not ideal.

  13. When in documents tab it would be of great use to have an archive folder so that old or expired documents can still be accessed however current documents would be quicker and easier to find.

  14. It would be great to have the ability to set up automatic payment reminders for individual tenants only. For example, I have one tenant (as most of us do) who never pays rent on time and frequently falls into arrears. Every Tuesday, I manually check her profile to see if she paid rent on Monday, and if not, I send her a reminder text that the rent was due yesterday.

    It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automate this process—specifically, to set up a reminder for a particular tenant only if their rent is more than one…

  16. when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.

  17. Adding lease expiring alert/notification functionality. Currently Property Tree functionally allows for emailing tenants and owners this notification, but there is nothing to alert a PM that the lease ending, which would really help a PM manage their own portfolio.

    This would take away for the manual need to add reminders to separate platforms such an email calendar, which isn't efficient and creates extra work for a PM. It would also eliminate human error.

    A simple alert when at a time of the PM's choosing (ie. 3 months prior, 6 weeks, 1 month etc - I also think this function should…

  20. In Creditor Profile there is the Strata Details section which is where should be able to make the strata plan GST registered or not, the next section is Company where the strata management company details are and in that there is a way to exempt GST but as each strata management manages multiple strata plans some plans may be GST registered and some not
