  2. When you exit communications if it could stay on that page where you are up to instead of refreshing Home, becoming frustrating when you have to open the communication to check if thats the email you are looking for.

    OR better way to search communications.

  3. When receipting owner funds would be good to have the Owner profile to also reflect property they own, not THEIR postal address.

    When have the same owner entered more than once cannot tell which is which without knowing their profile ID

  4. The fixed position of help line drop box often covers the issue that i`m having.
    just being able to move the drop box around the screen will enable me to see and activate any corrections that are suggested.

  5. We need to send notices from strata every day to multiple properties under the one units plan.
    It would make it a lot easier to send a bulk email under the units plan/creditor rather than going into each individual property to send it.

  6. When entering a Property Receipt, the account selection is in a random order. Can we have it alphabetical. I can see this was requested previously but didn't get much interest - it is likely not something many PMs need to access but those that do must find it frustrating and a pain point that could easily be fixed pretty please :)

  10. Is it possible to have when adding a buyer to a sale that a set of tasks automatically gets added to the property in the same way as when you add a new sale property marketing fees are automatically added

  11. An owner has requested that his statement has the EFT details of payment removed for fraud purposes.

    Currently the account number is partially blanked out where you can only see the last digits.

    We would like the option of a statement where this is removed completely for those owners who have security concerns.

  12. I’d like to suggest adding a “Filter by No Tag” option in the property listings view, so users can easily check which properties are missing tags.

    I believe this would greatly improve usability and should be relatively straightforward for your team to implement.

  13. Create a merge link that pulls only invoices in arrears, the current link "Tenancy_OutstandingInvoices" pulls amounts for all invoices, whether overdue or not.

  14. It would be good if Property Tree will hold multiple BPAY references for each property for the same creditor. Example when Strata Levies are received separately for a car space to the actual unit they generally have different BPAY references so invoice genius does not pick up when its different.

  15. Reference allocation for ABA uploads and Bank Transferrs
    There needs to be a way to be able to put reference numbers/names into ABA file bank transfers. I have done several transfers to Solicitors/ NSW Trustee etc and the money has been unable to be identified. I understand that you can do a transfer straight from the bank, if this is the solution, why use property tree at all. We strongly rely on references, including to vendors.

  18. New pet laws NSW - having the option to carry out a pet inspection 3 months after the pet is approved and being able to track this would be very beneficial.
    We all delay routine inspections but we would not delay a pet inspection and having this labeled and trackable would help

  19. It would be great if maintenance could have a due date on it so that it is only shown in the maintenance list if it is due, similar to a task? With the option to filter to see all maintenance as well. But at the moment when I look at my maintenance list I'm overwhelmed by what needs to be action, but often I'm waiting for quotes/approval and sometimes I don't need to action it for 2-3 weeks, so it would be great for it to be removed from the list until it is due to be actioned, so that…
