  1. Can the program be set for when a new property ECR is entered, the areas entered for the report flow through to be the areas for the routines?
    That what ''Bedroom one left of the Laundry'' should stay as bedroom one on all reports.

  2. Request for new feature: When assigning a new Key number, can there be a feature to re-generate a new Key number?

    Reason for suggestion: Sometimes old key numbers aren't ready to have a new key assigned, and if you close the pop-up box, and try again, it will generate the same number. If this happens, we have to manually search for an unused key number on the key board.

    Benefits: Saves time and stress! Shows how amazing and intelligent the Property Tree Developers are at responding to requests and helping their users!

When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

  10. We need additional merge fields for Commercial Arrears Auto Messages. Currently they only show the arrears of the last invoice, we need a total arrears merge field to be able to add to the body of the email text. It's confusing when the body of the text only shows the May rent invoice is overdue but the invoice that is attached via the link shows that April/May are both overdue.

  11. Allow the agency to set the frequency of the next rent review date to allow this to populate automatically based on a new tenancy end date. For example, we set ours to 120 days prior to the tenancy end date. Our team has to manually enter this when setting up a new tenancy, this should be able to be configured based on the agency's preference like inspections.

  12. We would love the following mail merge fields to be added to expedite & remove human error when producing Sales Advices & letters to solicitors.

    "Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits

    "Listing Salesperson" & "Selling Salesperson"

    "Conveyancer Work Number", "Conveyancer Email Address" & "Conveyancer Salutation"

    "Commission Amount" & "Marketing Amount"

    "Vendor Salutation" & "Buyer Salutation"

  13. Please increase the font choices when sending mail from PT. Most of the font options there are not professional or useful. The standard 'System Font' is converted to Times New Roman which isn't appealing to the eye.

  14. When a tenant invoice has been paid direct to the creditor, and the creditor issues a credit note, this can currently be added to the tenancy, however not against the creditor.

  15. In QLD we now need to send a Notice to Leave with every lease renewal in order to prevent the tenancy from rolling over onto periodic. If there was a field in the mail merge print templates that had the Lease End Date - Weekday, which filled out a field with the day of the week that the lease is due to end, this would be so helpful. It would mean that QLD users could automatically send mail merges with a fully populated Notice to Leave attached. This would save heaps of time as we have to do them all…

  18. Breach and Terminations notices would be useful to be shown on Rental Ledgers.

    Tribunal reports are not shared with PMs on references, Rental ledgers need to be the main source of arrears and breach notices information.

    This would give clear insight to Property Managers when looking at an applicants history, and on a business internal view, a snapshot of the tenants history of breaches and termination notices.

  19. We are required to run vacated tenancy reports monthly, quarterly and required. We also have multiple housing programs and have different reporting needs.

    We currently have to keep our vacate files open until the following month before archiving to capture how many vacated in that month.

    We lose the benefit of being able to archive immediately because we cannot run historical data once archived.

    A feature that could be added to BI??

  20. That it has a option for longer then 12 months so that owners that live overseas that need diffrent time periods that are for example as 13 months as the dates are within same month for the country they reside in
