  2. Our trust account auditor struggles with this every single year. They need the reports in excel format for analysis and testing which we cannot provide. Please enable the ability to export these reports in excel.

  3. The ability to change the format of Tenancy Invoices would be handy, especially for Tenants that are visually impaired. For example, increase font size or add in colours to highlight important information on the Tenancy Invoices. Also, have the option to add additional payment options not just Trust Account Information.

  5. We are a SDA provider, most of the time there are at least two tenants (2 sperate tenancy agreements) in one property. When we are adding a new property, it should allow us to select 'existing property info' so it save us tons of time to enter the detail again and again.

  6. Please add merge field "Tenancy Rent period" & "Rent Increase date" for Lease Expiry Tenancy & Ownership. This merge field is required when we send an automated lease renewal and rent increase email to tenants and ownership.

  7. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  8. Please have the outgoings reconciliation due date as a field for commercial tenants.

    That way I can easily track what outgoings reconciliations need to be done - like rent review dates.

  9. Ability to give Vendors and Purchasers a BPAY ID as it appears Vendors ID numbers can be changed. This avoids having to give out trust account details and helps protect parties from emails being hacked and account details being altered.

  10. Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

  11. When you have money moving in and out of the Held for Tenancy area the tenant ledger balance totals are incorrect. i.e recently I had a tenant vacate and we had to refund them an amount of money for overpaid rent (routed through tenancy held funds) and now the running balance on the ledger is incorrect. Can this please be fixed?

  12. Ability to enter budgeted amounts in addition to recording actual amounts so a Variation Report can be created monthly. This allows the system to be functional in providing timely and correct information.

  13. Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

  14. Allow Property Tree to record monthly reported sales from tenants to understand occupancy costs, determine if percentage rent is payable and create meaningful tenancy schedules.

  15. The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

  16. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

  19. There are varies description fields with a character limit, but it lets you type in more than what the limit is.
    And only once you 'save' you'll get an error about the character limit (e.g. 50 characters, 255 characters)

    It would be best if a user is NOT able to enter more characters than the description box allows it to.

    The description box for the Vacate Comments and the Description/Reference fields on Starting Positions and also the description field on some Receipting are some areas that come to mind where this is happening.

  20. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.
