  2. It would be great in BI to report on the unlabelled field that appears in the "Property Details" area on the "Details" tab of a property? If you edit this area, its the field to the right of "Property Type".

  3. able to automate report generation for rent arrears and be sent to property manager's email. this way, they will receive weekly reports on their emails.

  4. Having the option to not allow multiple properties to be attached the the one owner/s profile, keeping each property separate.

    When receipting rent or entering owner invoices to only be attached to the relevant property, keeping each income/expenses separate, with individual statements.

    My suggestion to improve Property Tree is by not allowing multiple properties to be attached to one owner profile.

  5. PT → Eagle sync operates on an all-or-nothing basis for eligible rentals
    No filtering or opt-in controls available.

    It would be nice if we could select which listings we want to send via the integration would work in conjunction with the two-way sync UV

  6. Would like to be able to re-order workflow templates around. We are working on templates and when some are published I would like to move to the bottom so that the ones I am still working on show up the top or vice versa as unpublished. Or be able to alphabetise.

  7. It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

  8. Why is archiving properties/tenants/landlords such a nauseating process.

    You can keep the checklist as an option, however there should be a quicker archive option.

  9. Please add a search box to the "Documents" section under Ownership, Property, and Tenancy profiles.
    It would really help in quickly locating specific files. The filter icon is not useful.

  11. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.

  12. It would be beneficial to enable full email content preview when replying within the Communications Platform, to use the entire screen space eliminating the need to scroll through the message . SMS message preview shows the whole screen but not email.

  13. Currently, there is no view of email communication from the Tenancy tab when the communication has been a "forward" email made from 'Communication'

    Therefore, when viewing communications to the tenant from the tenancy tab, you can't see there has been follow up emails to the tenant made from communication.

  14. At present the workflow has to be either assigned to a business role, or a specific user. It would be easier to have the option to assign this to the current user, so that when someone adds a workflow, any unassigned tasks default to that user.

  15. We have creditors that invoice which can be for two work orders. Need to be able to close off multiple work orders when entering invoice.

  17. Completing an audit on last inspection - instead it being all last inspection date.

    Ideally we would like to update this last inspection date for a routine or ingoing or outgoing etc. NOT what was completed last on the system.

  18. A similar integration with FLKitover, like we have with REI forms, would be useful. Not just API key, but a button to create an instant form through Property tree. This would minimise us leaving PT.

  19. I wanted to provide some feedback on how Property Tree could improve, particularly for managing commercial properties.

    At present, the system does not allow us to filter which tenants receive specific types of notifications. For example, in many commercial tenancies, there is both an accounts team (who need to receive invoices and receipts) and on-site staff (who need to receive routine inspection notices and maintenance notifications). Currently, all parties receive everything, which creates confusion.

    It would be extremely beneficial if Property Tree allowed us to set preferences or filters for each tenancy contact, so that we can choose:
