  2. With the new laws coming in for energy efficient ratings for properties in 2026. We need to keep a list of appliances ie a/c, hws, solar etc for each property and their ratings. As this will be a requirement for marketing and advertising purposes. Where can this be kept, compliance tab? Been looking around on Property tile - as the appliances are related to properties it would be great to have a section to be able to keep record of this information. If anyone is already doing this?   4. Could you make the Tabs(ex. lease & rent, financials, etc.) stay fixed at the top of the screen while scrolling down - similar to how the Tenancy, Property, and Ownership Profile sections remain visible - so that we don’t have to scroll back up to switch tabs?

  5. If a tenant vacates from one property and moves into a new property also with property tree, They can not access the new tenancy until the previous one is archived which sometimes can take time when finalising. They should be able to view both properties.

  7. In Jurien Bay we have 19 Holiday properties, simply I think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to type the name they have given their properties then the whole address.
    As what is advertised on the website sometimes gives a different address or causes confusion for the guests, I think for both the office and holiday goers it would speed up process and make our workflow a lot easier.

  9. Would like to be able to see a note against the tenant/invoice that is pinned - For example, when invoicing a creditor (such as SA WATER) andinvoicing a tenant at the same time, the notes that is pinned does not show. This only shows if you are creating a tenancy invoice.
    Can the pinned note appear against the tenancy????

  10. This would involve adding a "Position" field into the "Update User Details" page and then a {CurrentUser_Position} field into the mail merge template.
    It would allow more flexibility when generating emails.

  11. New pet laws NSW - having the option to carry out a pet inspection 3 months after the pet is approved and being able to track this would be very beneficial.
    We all delay routine inspections but we would not delay a pet inspection and having this labeled and trackable would help

  12. Can Creditor information please be added to the mail merge fields? We need to contact Creditors, and currently I can only have their name OR their Company name. We obviously need both and I can only personalise it by name or Company - so I have to choose whether to acknowledge them or put their business on any correspondence. This means I have to do these emails separately and modify each one.

    This would also be very helpful to create templates to follow up work orders, etc.

  13. When receipting to an ownership in the Tenant Download screen, it would be helpful if after searching the ownership, it clearly showed the related managed property to ensure accuracy.

  14. We have an issue where holding deposits are taken by Direct Debit but we have to convert the tenant from a prospect to load in the direct debit details. This is then charging our new tenancy fees.

    We need to be able to convert the tenant but have the trigger for the fee be Original Lease Start Date.

    Having to convert a tenant from a prospect to get an ingoing completed and lease generated (without having to duplicate the information) means we are charging an owner fees before the lease commences.

    The only work around is to have duplicate fees…

Financials tab - when you go in to the recent transactions area and then open up an invoice, when you use the back button function you are taken back to the financials page - not the recent transactions page where you were prior. It is most frustrating when you are looking up a number of invoices. Can this be looked in to please.

  16. Currently you can only see 1 number beside a contact. If a contact has multiple numbers eg a home & mobile, only 1 is visible at a time. Therefore you have to remember they have 2 and click edit to see the other number. Would be good to be able to view all numbers or at least have a drop down beside the number to prompt that they have multiple numbers

  19. Work orders should have "Status Updates" on work orders. Such as Quote Requested, Waiting on Approval, Work Order sent, Completed, Rejected, Hold, Owner Attending.

    This will make it easier when following up on work orders where the job is currently at.

  20. Hi few things,

    1. For the statistics report, the top section is always current data and if you want a certain time frame only the bottom section is for then.

    It would be great if the whole report was for the period you select.

    1. User statistic reports, it would be great to have a report for users to track their actions/kpis - email sent, sms sent, work order created/completed, quote request, how many times maintenance notes are updated to track maintenance follow ups, task creation and completion (more importantly completion), and other general ones which the main stat report covers.
