  2. Currently you can only send automated comms from a User, Point of Contact or Company. However when you have 2x people working on one property, various comms should be sent from either user.
    There should be an ability in PT to send from business role in the agency.

  3. Communications email to be alerted and show a track record through the communications tab on the portfolio, like other CRMs offer. This is great for when PM's are away or tracking important emails without having to search multiple outlets. Good for training as well.

  4. Owners details (NAME) are not appearing on work orders via link.
    Tax invoices should be addressed to the owner care of the estate agents address.
    There is no mention of the owners detail at all on the work order link.
    We have it set up so they get the owners details in the original email. However when work orders are going through to the contractors accounts department they are not receiving the owners details. We would like a field included on the work order to include owners details so invoices are received correctly.

  5. Would be great if you could add a swimming pool icon next to bed / bath / car on the property tab. Would help running reports on property features etc

  7. I would like the option to 'hide' task/note categories so they can no longer be used/seen in the category drop down box, but still shows for existing notes/tasks.

  9. Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

  10. ABN spot owners and tenants be reformatted to show like this with the spaces: 11 222 333 444 so we can copy & paste direct from the ABN search website. At the moment as it's formatted 11222333444 and cuts off the last 2 numbers when copy & pasted

  12. How hard would it be to add more merge fields into the automated emails?

    I have asked this before but we would like an option to merge the BPay reference number into the tenancy invoice cover email; and

    Our lease expiry emails outline the lease dates and the rent but there is no option for what payment period the rent is - it could be monthly, weekly or fortnightly. We have had clients complain about this and the only fix is leaving the rent completely out of the comms

  13. At the moment we can only turn on or off automatic communications to all owners. There is no option to have it only for select owners.

    We only have a handful of owners wanting to be invited to routine inspections and having the ability to turn on the automatic communications just for those owners would be ideal and save a long and tedious manual process of filtering the database to find those owners then send them an email.

  14. The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

  15. We have a large portfolio and would like the ability to create a report of inactive creditors - both trades and other creditors so we can archive them on an annual basis and keep our records and database tidy. I have tried doing this through BI but it misses the creditors and doing it through Property Tree limits a search to 2000 records which is the size of our database so doesn't work either. Please advise if you have a better way.............. your support team recommended I put this idea here

  17. Option to send a TENANT a statement showing outstanding rent and invoices.
    Currently PT only generates an Invoice .. at the bottom of the Invoice it reads
    Tenancy - Statement of Outstanding Items .. with a total outstanding $$$$.
    This does not include any outstanding rent which is misleading.

    There should be an option to include RENT. This would save time and provide consistency in the way information (request for funds) is sent to the tenant.
