Return to profile page after generating the Tenancy Ledger
After I retrieve the rental ledger, I would like the Property Tree screen to revert back to the tenancy profile page automatically.

Sales Agency Disbursement/Statement
Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Trust & Reports - Ownership Funds - Outstanding Invoices
This report is very useful, but would be better if we could filter for Outstanding Invoices for due date period. Like paying Creditors, could we have the choice of invoices 10 days, 30 days, 45 days, All invoices or Flexible date.
We use this report to check when we have available funds but invoices overdue for an amount over the funds available. It enables us to split the invoice payment when appropriate, or release without Witholding Agency Fees5 votes -
Maintenance Plus API Improvement
The ability to click through from the maintenance tab (link) to B&A if this is what is being used, again reduces the additional clicks/steps in the process to navigate through the program.

Change of Owner, having the option able to transfer over document management and notes
When doing a change of owner, we want to have the option to include the notes or document management files to bring across to the new property

Tribunal Report - Have the option to select what prints
We want to have the option on what we want to include in the report when generating. Don't want owner contact details, owner notes and owner portal communications on a tenancy report. Others may want/not want other things

Compliance Register - Ability to edit details after they are entered
- Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
- Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
- Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories

Water Invoicing
We are required to have a water meter read on the Ingoing Property Condition Report though there is no where for this information to be carried over into PT.
We will need to check invoices prior to the auto processing incase a property has been sitting for a few days and retic has been on / property has settled / water leak. Attach multiple trades to one work order after quote request rather than creating a new work order for each
Would be efficient to be able to attach multiple trades to the one work order after the quote request stage rather than creating a new work order to each - for example, once you set the status to work order, and then find this creditor cannot complete the work, you have to cancel the job and add a new job with a new creditor. Would be much easier to be able to change the creditor and resend the current work order information.

Add a new reason when cancelling a fee: "delay fee"
When cancelling a fee there are limited options and often we cancel fees in order to pay an owners outgoings then re-enter the fee afterwards. Can you add a new option 'delay'?

Allow multiple accounts on one ownership
Allow owners with multiple properties to have multiple bank accounts - a different account for each property rather than needing to create multiple ownerships.

Ad Hoc emails
Have been using Ad Hoc emails and adding a second email address to get a copy emailed to additional tenants etc - but that doesn’t show up in the Communications or Print View (and it really should). Otherwise we have no record that the email went to both email addresses.

I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

Feedback wanted: Global Search changes
Our product team are currently discussing enhancements to how you can use the Global Search and we'd love your feedback. This includes
- Ability to search for phone numbers and email addresses
- Ability to search for separate contacts
- Reordering search results, at the moment it the results order is: Tasks; Owner; Property; Tenant; Vendor; Buyer; Creditor however would this work better for you if Tenancy results appeared first, all Contact results, or Property results? Also whether it displays the first 10 matches only with the option to click "more" so that the results to scroll through for each category is shorter?

Switching off Income & Expenditure Reports only for owners
It would be good to have a separate option to switch off the creation of an Income & Expenditure report for an ownership, if possible. Currently, the only option is to switch off Statements and Income & Expenditure Reports

Ability to live chat with owners and tenants, and have that conversation recorded in PropertyTree. Be able to select when in office, away or busy with option to suggest response/quick response to common queries

Invitations to Portal (Owners)
Instead of the standard 'Find Out More' link that takes everyone (PM's Tenants and Owners) to the same webpage of Property Tree, create bespoke Property Tree Landing pages that detail features and benefits to Tenants/ Owners etc. The current page it takes users to is a sales page for Property Tree and so more suitable to prospective agencies and PM's.
Or, simply remove this link in the invitation emails as the email text itself tells owners the benefits of the system for them.3 votes -

Bank Reconciliation Reminder
To reduce any Bank Rec issues because it hasn’t been done for a while, it might be good to get pop-up reminders, alerting Agents to take action.
For PT users who are not required to do Bank Recs at all, it would be good to have a turn on/off option for such reminders (controlled by MRI on the Admin Portal, not accessible for users). Maybe get users to sign/agree on that.9 votes -
Weekly Summary Report arrears information
The weekly summary report that comes through shows rent areas as period which is not a true reflection of the rent arrears. Would be good if this report was customizable for the company or if it shows rent arrears as effective or even both period and effective.
