Ability to filter by tags during all bulk update options
While we can refine the search by Portfolio, we can’t search by Tags (unless we are updating Tags in bulk). It would be great to have Tags available on all Bulk Update options. This can for example be very helpful after a SORR into an existing database, and the client wants to update the newly imported profiles only, and not make any changes on the existing one.

Alerts in Invoice Genius
I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.

Increase Sales Commission Percentage Field to 3 Decimal Places
We have many instances where the sales commission is for example 2.75% + GST = 3.025%. Property Tree cannot handle this and can only record 3.02% or 3.03%, both of which are incorrect. It should be a simple fix to increase the field to 3 decimal places

Option for Properties to be separated on the Tenancy Schedule
Properties with multiple tenancies in the same street or building to show on separate Tenancy Schedules.
EG. 1 Property Street to show separately to 6 Property Street as they have separate owners.
Would be helpful to be able to select an actual profile in the filters section.

Notes pinned to Tenancy receipt have an alert noise
When notes are pinned to Tenancy receipt is it possible to have an alert noise of some sort. Many times the blue line with the note is missed and payments are allocated incorrectly. This also applies to Ownership - Creditor Invoice. It needs to have the ability to be turned on or off as some may not like it making noise all the time.

Recurring invoices - generate 14 days before due date, not on due date
Have a "Email On" Date or timeframe i.e. "14 days before" for recurring tenant invoices. At the moment the recurring invoice feature sends the invoice on the date it is created, but for rental invoices, our customers want to received them earlier to pay rent in advance.

Work order - who sent it?
We would like to be able to see which user has sent a work order. Currently it just shows it as auto under the communication history.

Rent Summary Report to show more information
The Rent Summary Report within the Tenancy Tribunal report is a very difficult report to explain at tribunal when an explanation is required eg to a judge and or tenant
It would provide alot more clarity if the Date Paid column also included the paid to date of the rent paid at that date. This would explain the Arrears Amount column as well.

Change a Work Order to a Quote Request
It would be great to be able to update a Work Order status back to a Quote Request. (Scenario where a creditor was sent out to complete a repair for example, and a replacement was required, so a quote was submitted)

An alert should come up when sending out an invoice to a tenant who does not have emails or it should print automatically
An alert should come up when sending out an invoice via the create tenancy invoice to a tenant who does not have emails or it should print automatically. The button is "Create Invoice" so unless you look for the details you can think it has emailed, as it doesn't prompt to print.
