Merge field for Inspection Type - Routine, Ingoing, Outgoing
Would be good to have a merge field available for inspection type, so that the auto communications for notifying or sending the report can capture what type of inspection is being scheduled or has been done.

New Bulk mail merge option
When creating a bulk mail merge to the ownership, an option up the top with 'filters' should be 'Scheduled Inspection'. Exactly like when you are sending a mail merge to the tenancy. My agency sends out Inspection notices out to the owners as well.

Terminated properties on vacancy dashboard
It would be a good idea to have a space listing all your terminated properties on the vacancy dashboard so you can see not only your vacating but also your 90 day termos coming up etc.

Email signatures with clickable links (hyperlink or QR Code)
Ability to add a clickable link into the user banners i.e. QR code link to be clickable not just scannable in the image. Extend format of files from just PNG and JPEG to Other formats that include links.

Emailing of tenancy invoices to multiple contacts through invoice genius
Tenant invoices created through invoice genius should be able to be sent to all/multiple tenants not just the primary tenant (as this option is available when entering a single tenant invoice).

Unlimited typing space in notes
When recording email threads that have been sent through another platform, such as Gmail, there is limited room in the notes to paste/document this conversation which makes it difficult for record keeping.

Add more information to the Manage Rent Roll/Valuation report
This report currently has a lot of missing information or combined information in the same column which makes it difficult to use. Some suggestions to improve this report: Separate out the rent amount and frequency under Actual Rent so the rent amount can be calculated like every other numeric column. Add lease start/end dates. Add outgoings for commercial properties. Ability to add a multiplier when generating the report like the Rest Business Summary. Add Year Management Fee column (Annual Rent x Management Fee).

Being able to add images within a template without the workaround to save to word, and search on google or internet explorer before copying to PropertyTree. There has to be a better solution

Entering rent increases when payment dates have been changed previously
When entering rent increases, the auto payment date that is highlighted for payment cycles, to make it easier to identify the tenants rents cycles is only for the start of lease dates/cycles or original payment cycles, this is a glitch in the system that needs rectifying. it should be highlighted for the latest payment cycle agreed, we change many tenants ways of payments through their tenancy, it should replate to the latest one.

Inspection Frequency
It would be great if in configuration you can add multiple inspection frequency scenarios, i.e. one for 3 month and one for 6 month.
Then when adding in a property or tenancy there is an option to select which frequency that particular property/tenant is on.Currently I am setting notes with reminders to update after each inspection and then resetting a note as most of my inspections are 3 monthly but there is a number of owners that only require 6 monthly. Not only does this involve more admin time, it could easily be removed from the alerts or missed.

I was wondering if you were aware that in the inspection tab on the tenancy, if you click the edit pencil you can override the company default (of 3 months as an example, and set this tenants inspections to 6 month frequency), so it will look to this when doing the updates. I hope this helps in the interim - as this would be a good option to have against the property, so that when tenants come and go, the set frequency for that property would remain. Ability to enter a rent increase after a change of ownership
After a change of ownership is completed there can be reasons why the old ownership can't be archived (ie, tenant invoices owing to old owner). If this is the case, we cannot enter a rent increase for the current tenant under the new owner - there should be no restriction as this rent increase has nothing to do with the old ownership. We have been told that we have to archive the old owner and then enter a new owner, property and tenant record to re-enter the tenant invoices owing.

Staff Member column in export of Rent Review data in BI
It would be extremely beneficial when exporting the data from the Rent Review section in BI to have the Portfolio Manager as a separate column in this report.

EOFY Summaries in a spreadsheet format
We have had a lot of owners request for their EOFY statements to be sent to them as an excel file rather than a PDF file.
It would be great to have this option to generate the statement as an excel file - if and when required.

Instant updates with the Inspection Manager Integration
Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.

Pop ups if current profile is going to be affected by this action
Recently we entered a tenant in as a creditor and our trust accountant clicked on the 'use existing contact' not knowing that by doing this, it would affect his current profile. Our tenant then no longer had access to his portal and had to set it up again. Perhaps what would be helpful is a 'pop up' to advise the user that by clicking on this, may affect the current profile.

Being able to mark a file under document management to display on owner and tenant portal on the tenant screen
When we save a file under document management under the tenant, we want to mark it visable to both the tenant and owner in the same screen. At the moment we have to tick on the tenant and then go to the owner and tick the box there for the owner portal.
