  3. It would be extremely useful for Management if we were able to see who has entered/deleted information from the system for auditing and error processing. Just like receipting you can identify who has receipted funds.

  4. Add two more sections to the owner payment information that lets more Users to add more context to the reference section of payments to Owners. Currently there are three section to the refereces, one has the company name (but cant be changed), one is the editable section, and one is blank. Please let us edit the first section and add more for the last.
    This is helpful for the owners who have multiple properties or the owners request other information alongside their payments.
    Would also be great if they could have Merge Fields that could pull information automatically from information…

  5. Profile Heading - add a profile heading like "Break Lease" in the property card so it is visible to see what property is for sale. It is then easier for other users to find when not their portfolio.

  6. Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

  7. We have a owner who does not want a certain creditor to do any more maintenance on her properties.
    Currently the only way is to pin a note to the property profile and hope the note is checked before creating the maintenance request. The information on the note is not access able once you are in the maintenance request screen
    We would love it to add or removing creditors to the owner or properties so the creditors not allowed don't even appear as an option when creating the request

With the changes to the Legislation coming into effect on 1 October 2022 with regards to Notice to Leaves without grounds, is there any way to enter a Notice to Leave for a Fixed Term Tenancy without having to put it in the Vacate section – basically, if we enter a NTL for every Tenant for the end of their tenancy, every tenant in the database will be classified as “Vacating” – is there someway around this?

    After discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. We will continue to review further feedback and votes towards any changes. Thanks, Ange - Product Team

  9. As you did for the renewal fee to automatically charge when lease renewal dates are changed (as an event) could the same principles be applied for Advertising Fees one a prospect tenant has been converted to a current tenant

  10. Ability for the system to auto credit from our general account.
    E.g the 95 cents transaction fee that will be payable through NAB easy rent

    If you are acquiring a Rent Roll and offsetting this cost for new managements, doing this manually can become quite time consuming

  13. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  14. currently there is the ability to do a Property Journal or an Owner Journal.

    It would be very useful to also have journals for:

    • Tenancy Funds Journals: to allow journaling between tenancy funds where tenant may have different properties or moved from one property to another

    • Sales Journals: to allow journaling from Marketing & Sundries to Sales Deposit and vice versa

  15. When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

  17. We have just had a complaint about the wording on the Tax Invoices issued. When a new Tax Invoice is issued it has all the others issued prior listed as outstanding when in actual fact they are not outstanding. They are due in the future. Is there a way of changing the wording on this Statement that is issued to the Tenants

  18. The ability to specify the creditor/creditors for which the owner's held funds is for. So that when an amount is specifically held for a specific invoice, it doesn't allow that money to be used to pay other invoices that may be receive earlier than that specific invoice.
