Print from invoice genius
The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue8 votes -
Dashboard shortcuts to specific pages
It would be great to have customisable shortcuts on the dashboard that allow a user to set their own 'favourites' eg. Create a receipt. Helps reduce clicks to get to functions that are used regularly.

Tags on Fee Editor
Would be great to be able to add 'Tag' option to Fee editor, so that when adding or updating Fee/s you can select and bulk update by the relevant Tag.
This would be especially helpful when importing a Rent Roll (were fees are not imported as part of the import process) so you can manually update Fees by selecting the new rent roll Tag and selecting to update all Properties that use this Tag.

Merge field for tenancy invoice amount
There is no option for tenancy invoice amount merge field to be added to the tenancy invoice email template. please get this added so the amount appears in the email and tenants don't need to click the link.

Mail Merge Attachments (where they are)
Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.
Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.

Somewhere to put manuals for the property for easy access and able to add and delete manuals. So they don't get lost in document management

Additional filters and option to select Properties during Bulk Portfolio Assignment
When completing the Bulk Portfolio Assignment from one Portfolio to another Portfolio, it would be great to be able to edit the list to remove any properties you do not wish to be assigned to the other portfolio. Also, if there was an option at this point to use tags to filter properties, and select between residential and commercial tenancies.

Bulk Tag Update
Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

Filter outstanding commercial rent invoices from overdue invoices list
Add a filter to exclude commercial rent invoices from the list of overdue tenancy invoices. Commercial invoices are sent to tenants 14 days before they are due so they end up showing as overdue when we want to just check on overdue water usgae or outgoings invoices

Inspection notes on Inspection Summary

Please enable the ability to edit BPAY Reference Number before generating the bank file when paying creditors. This is available in other software products

Show Held Funds balance on receipts
Show the held funds balance of a tenant on their receipt when they make a payment. It shows when an invoice is issued but it would be good if they could see the new balance when a payment is receipted to held funds.

Bulk mail merge to multiple selected owners
To have the option to have a second email address noted as a secondary email so an email can be sent to two owners and not all emails or just the primary email address when creating and sending a bulk mail merge.

Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt
Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt
