  1. When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.

  2. When an owner is put on hold then there should be an option to either withhold everything (including paying creditor invoices) or withhold only payment to the owner but pay the creditors.

  4. Add a 'Business Role' filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio.

    Including Find Pages, Reporting and all Dashboards

    This will assist immensely when reporting or searching for anything by Portfolio to define the results by a specific Business' Role.

    As an example, currently in Find Profile > You cannot find a simple list of properties that are UNASSIGNED for the Business Role 'Property Manager'.

  6. Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

  7. On the ownership window, the last payment should reflect the "last payment" made, even if its $0.00. At the moment, it gets a little confusing because it shows last payment (this could be from a month before) and last statement being the latest statement. I.e an owner didn't have enough money to pay all outstanding bills so this months payment was $0.00. On the ownership window, it doesn't show $0.00. It shows their last payment from the month before.

  8. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  9. On the Inspection Summary report, add additional column options to show active Maintenance/Quote Requests.

    This would be useful for the Inspection Manager to know at time of inspection.

  10. The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
    We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue

  11. It would be great to have customisable shortcuts on the dashboard that allow a user to set their own 'favourites' eg. Create a receipt. Helps reduce clicks to get to functions that are used regularly.

  12. Would be great to be able to add 'Tag' option to Fee editor, so that when adding or updating Fee/s you can select and bulk update by the relevant Tag.

    This would be especially helpful when importing a Rent Roll (were fees are not imported as part of the import process) so you can manually update Fees by selecting the new rent roll Tag and selecting to update all Properties that use this Tag.

  14. Understand this can be seen if you go into the information audit.
    It would be great if there were a better way to display this in future - on the profile. like how a note shows when it was put there.

  16. Being able to have a portfolio check of all tasks for the day/week. A checklist that can be used/printed off that shows the daily arrears, vacates, expired leased etc.

  17. Need another section in the 'TYPE" dropdown field to say Both. We have some properties that have both Hardwired and Battery Smoke Alarms. At this point you can only pick on or the other. We have to use 'unknown' which is not correct and then makes our staff have to search for the last service report to check what is at the property.

  20. Could the attachment be in the body - currently it can be there or all the way at the bottom so is easily missed.

    Any attachment that is added in addition to those included in the template will appear outside the body of the email. If a banner is included however, then the attachments will appear after the banner as the banner is pulled as part of the body of the email.
