  1. Somewhere to put manuals for the property for easy access and able to add and delete manuals. So they don't get lost in document management

  2. When completing the Bulk Portfolio Assignment from one Portfolio to another Portfolio, it would be great to be able to edit the list to remove any properties you do not wish to be assigned to the other portfolio. Also, if there was an option at this point to use tags to filter properties, and select between residential and commercial tenancies.

  3. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  4. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  5. It would be great to have an option to add sale anniversary dates, so we can send communication out to owners with the potential of another sale down the track.

  7. Add a filter to exclude commercial rent invoices from the list of overdue tenancy invoices. Commercial invoices are sent to tenants 14 days before they are due so they end up showing as overdue when we want to just check on overdue water usgae or outgoings invoices

  8. It would be helpful to be able to have the general inspection notes appear on the inspection summary report - ie, owner is attending with any comments. This means we can print the report to take with us

  10. There is no option for tenancy invoice amount merge field to be added to the tenancy invoice email template. please get this added so the amount appears in the email and tenants don't need to click the link.

  11. Creditors are sent the statement when the invoice is paid, not when the ABA file is created. If you cancel a creditor payment before creating the ABA file, the creditor is not notified the payment has been cancelled. Is it possible to send the creditor an automated 'cancelled' statement if a payment is cancelled.

  12. Show the held funds balance of a tenant on their receipt when they make a payment. It shows when an invoice is issued but it would be good if they could see the new balance when a payment is receipted to held funds.

  13. To have the option to have a second email address noted as a secondary email so an email can be sent to two owners and not all emails or just the primary email address when creating and sending a bulk mail merge.

  17. Summaries a user's daily activity not just login date and time.

    It would be very useful for the administrators to monitor the user activity in Property Tree and assess the user's work efficiency using Property Tree and identify areas that users do not use often and need training on.

  18. We need a consolidated report which is able to be separated by each sales rep (by tag maybe?) which shows all advertising spent to date for each of their own listings. I was able to produce this report in REST and would send it to each Rep monthly so they could keep track of their spending and not go over budget or if needed, contact their Vendor and request further funds.

  19. When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

  20. When creating a text message it would be great to have that as a 'floating' pop up window to enable the information ie arrears amount when inputting the SMS to be viewed while creating the text.
