  1. Summaries a user's daily activity not just login date and time.

    It would be very useful for the administrators to monitor the user activity in Property Tree and assess the user's work efficiency using Property Tree and identify areas that users do not use often and need training on.

  2. We need a consolidated report which is able to be separated by each sales rep (by tag maybe?) which shows all advertising spent to date for each of their own listings. I was able to produce this report in REST and would send it to each Rep monthly so they could keep track of their spending and not go over budget or if needed, contact their Vendor and request further funds.

  3. When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

  4. When creating a text message it would be great to have that as a 'floating' pop up window to enable the information ie arrears amount when inputting the SMS to be viewed while creating the text.

  7. It would be extremely useful for Management if we were able to see who has entered/deleted information from the system for auditing and error processing. Just like receipting you can identify who has receipted funds.

  8. Add two more sections to the owner payment information that lets more Users to add more context to the reference section of payments to Owners. Currently there are three section to the refereces, one has the company name (but cant be changed), one is the editable section, and one is blank. Please let us edit the first section and add more for the last.
    This is helpful for the owners who have multiple properties or the owners request other information alongside their payments.
    Would also be great if they could have Merge Fields that could pull information automatically from information…

  9. Profile Heading - add a profile heading like "Break Lease" in the property card so it is visible to see what property is for sale. It is then easier for other users to find when not their portfolio.

  10. We have a owner who does not want a certain creditor to do any more maintenance on her properties.
    Currently the only way is to pin a note to the property profile and hope the note is checked before creating the maintenance request. The information on the note is not access able once you are in the maintenance request screen
    We would love it to add or removing creditors to the owner or properties so the creditors not allowed don't even appear as an option when creating the request

With the changes to the Legislation coming into effect on 1 October 2022 with regards to Notice to Leaves without grounds, is there any way to enter a Notice to Leave for a Fixed Term Tenancy without having to put it in the Vacate section – basically, if we enter a NTL for every Tenant for the end of their tenancy, every tenant in the database will be classified as “Vacating” – is there someway around this?

    After discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. We will continue to review further feedback and votes towards any changes. Thanks, Ange - Product Team

  13. As you did for the renewal fee to automatically charge when lease renewal dates are changed (as an event) could the same principles be applied for Advertising Fees one a prospect tenant has been converted to a current tenant

  14. Ability for the system to auto credit from our general account.
    E.g the 95 cents transaction fee that will be payable through NAB easy rent

    If you are acquiring a Rent Roll and offsetting this cost for new managements, doing this manually can become quite time consuming

  17. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  18. currently there is the ability to do a Property Journal or an Owner Journal.

    It would be very useful to also have journals for:

    • Tenancy Funds Journals: to allow journaling between tenancy funds where tenant may have different properties or moved from one property to another

    • Sales Journals: to allow journaling from Marketing & Sundries to Sales Deposit and vice versa

  19. When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

  20. Every transaction sends a story sheet to the purchaser and vendor conveyancer. It outlines the particulars of each sale and all contact information of the involved parties.

    The Story Sheet details are collected on one A4 page.

    Details include

    Agency details and contact information
    Selling agent's details and contact information
    Property Address (Full)
    Vendor's details and contact information
    Vendors Conveyancers details and contact information
    Purchasers details and contact information
    Purchaser Broker details and contact information (if required)
    Puchaers Conveyancers details and contact information
    Purchase amount on the contract
    The deposit paid and the date held in the trust account
    Settlement…
