Leasing Fees as a % of the annual rent
In Victoria we need to be able to enter Leasing Fees as a % of the annual rent.

In Victoria Leasing Fee's are often quoted on the authority as a % on the gross annual rent. We need to be able to do this in Property Tree - the currently calculation work arounds is a disaster!!!!!
