  1. Make the bpay reference field go red/error when entering references that have spaces. If you cant process the payment with spaces then the system should not allow spaces when entering the reference number.

  3. You can only send an automated reminder for invoices once it's in arrears, suggest having a days' before option so 7 days before it's due, tenant gets an email reminder.

  7. when we do the tenant Download, the system generates receipt and email to the tenant, the file name start with ""Receipt6462"" would be possible change the digits to the front of the file name like ""6465Receipt""

  8. The alarm bell in the top right corner should "visually vibrate" or blow in and out of size, or create a pop-up reminder notification for Tasks. Also once task marked as DONE, they should automatically save to PT and clear from the active tasks list bar.

  9. Clients have statements issued via email when payment made but when paying agency not statement is sent
    We are required to locate and print/download/email manually. This should be simple if it can be done for clients it should be also available to the agency

  12. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  13. We had an issue recently where a batch of manual fees were charged in consecutive months. It would be great if there was an alert when manually charging fees.
    If PT could let you know the last date that the fee had been charged, so it could be checked and only charged if correct. Or even an alert if the fee has been charged in the last 6 months.
    This would save time for us having to cancel & refund the fee but also the owner having to pay the fee and then wait for a refund.

  14. Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

  15. We work across two states, so would love that REI ACT & REI NSW both integrate into the system together. It would also be good if it pulled up more data from Property Tree into the documents, then what it currently does (for instance when doing a new lease it only pulls up one owners name not both or the owners contact name, not necessarily the name of ownership)

    It would be great to have an integration where we enter termination details and then can pull the form pre populated as best as possible as well - just in general…

  17. Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.

    As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.

    It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.

  18. since change of system this week, the auto attachment of company banner is removed from emails sent from actions., you now have to remember to attach your banner to emails so your signature appears on emails sent to clients, this has only just been removed with update and needs to be reinstated urgently or we are sending emails and having to remember to attach banner.

  19. When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.
