  2. Can Property Tree tasks and schedules integrate and populate into google or apple calendar similar to what VaultRE does with open homes (I.E when an open home is scheduled in VaultRE this sync/showed in our apple calendar)

  3. I would like the option to 'hide' task/note categories so they can no longer be used/seen in the category drop down box, but still shows for existing notes/tasks.

  4. It is annoying that when you edit a tenancy invoice for whatever reason that the system cancels the original and creates a new invoice. You should just be able to edit it and I don't understand why you can't.

  5. Current statements do not include invoices, rather they are a separate document. Landlords have suggested to us that they would like to see their statements include invoices from creditors shown in the same pdf document as their month end statement.

When setting up details in the Property Tab the system only has Outgoings as the other option for income and groups this altogether under Budgeted Outgoings with the Description allowing you to put in a description ie. Outgoings; Car Parking; Storage; Signage etc. From the Tenant card when the Amount for actual Budgeted Outgoings and also Car Parking (for example) are entered, the amounts are all then totalled under Outgoings Amount and displayed like this on the Owner Statement. These should NOT be grouped together as Car Parking, Signage etc are a separate income stream and not classed as Outgoings…

  7. The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

  8. List the company name, p[hone and email address of the strata manager who is looking after the building in the event that works or reporting items that are on the common property

  13. When you have a property and owner that have not had any transactions it would be helpful to archive them instead of having to delete them. Ie Sometimes we will sign up a new management and for whatever reason it doesn't go ahead in the end. We then can't account for that as a lost property in proper reporting and retain the data in PT, there is only the option to delete the profile.

  14. Rental Schedule - has a yellow square for you to pick the anniversary date of the next increase.

    Is there any way we could look into having a rental schedule from the last rental increase (12 months) that you could not issue a rental increase within that period. As NSW can only increase the rent once every 12 months.

  15. Level of authentication when updating different things in PT, should be configured by agency rather than a one rule for all accounts.
    Currently PM's have to authenticate when adding a new Owner to PT, some agencies do not want this & would like to have option to switch it on, or off

  17. An attachment dragged and dropped into a task (for example – an email, a PDF invoice, a document etc) is saving to the Documents Tab Notes column section in the following format ‘'Category: Property Task’. This is not descriptive at all and doesn’t shed any light on what is attached. Is there a way for them to save using the Task Summary wording or Task Category wording instead?

  18. Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

  19. Once a lease has expired and rolled into a periodic lease we don't want the tenant to appear on the expired leases. We want to mark the tenancy lease as periodic and keep the lease end date entered as a record that there was a fixed term lease previously.
