  1. Please could we have the ability to cancel and archive several work orders at once rather than having to click into them one at a time. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

  2. When searching for a property rather than the property ID number appearing next to the address can this be changed to show the property key number? I rarely need the property ID but need key numbers multiple times a day, this change would save having to click into the property to get the key number. Thanks

  3. It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

  6. Would be helpful if we could store information regarding sqm size and features of property for when rent reviews are being completed. Rest had a tab where you could display the sqm of the property and the current rate per sqm

  7. When a tenant puts in maintenance or correspondence through the portal, the notifications pops up in the Property managers inbox at the top right. If that person is away and no one is login into their profile then no one lese knows about it.
    It would be great if we can put an out of office or something in so the notification goes to someone so important maintenance doesn't get missed.

  8. The old smoke alarm display had better information at a glance. It showed the date the smoke alarm was last serviced and the type of smoke alarm.
    Could that please be included in the Register so it can be seen at a glance and not having to go via the pencil.

  9. We have recently found that on settlement, property authorised creditor reference numbers are remembered. Sadly at present the only solution is to delete references on the new management to prevent incorrect payment to the wrong BPay/Invoice Reference Details. - My Suggestion would be to remove references automatically on settlement to prevent accidental payment to the previous owners CRN for their respective creditors and this would then prompt for new CRN's to be entered for the new management after settlement.

  10. When a tenancy sells their business and the lease is transferred I would like to be able to set up the new tenancy and have the correct dates from the original lease. At the current time, the lease dates cannot overlap with the previous tenant which forces us to enter in the incorrect dates and pin a note to the tenancy.

  11. Have the ability to customize a tenant's receipt.
    Rent paid to and from dates on tenant receipts are confusing tenants, it should have rent paid from {date} to {date} with part payment {$amount} effective paid to {date} like the tenants ledgers.

  13. Can you please add a default Tenancy Expense Account Group & Code to the Configuration > Accounts (like other Account Groups/Codes are setup), so Users don’t have to create it, however can customize if necessary.
    Unless the Tenancy Expense Account is used or displayed on any reports, the name for the Account Group & Code can be very generic.

  15. Suncorp doesnt currently have a bulk BPayment facility with PT and since they have advised they will no longer be issuing Cheques as from Next year this is something that needs to be integrated ASAP as I don't want to be manually doing bulk BPayments

  17. Hi, Can I suggest that when you search for a landlord in the "Search Bar" at the top, can the details of the "Property" be shown. This would be helpful when identifying landlords with multiple properties. Presently, it shows the address of the landlord and an id number that means nothing to me when I am looking for a property address. Thank you

  18. There should be a way to pay someone from owner funds as a quick disbursement without having to create them as a creditor, create an invoice and then pay 1 invoice only to have to archive them as a creditor?

  19. When work orders are downloaded there is no date on them. recipients are complaining that there is no date for the creation on the work order. When you download the existing work order it makes the creation date the day you download it not the actual date you create the work order.
    The date would and could be relevant for any tribunal issues for repairs and maintenance at tribunal.
