  1. It would be great if we could attach the bond receipt to the bond section of the tenancy card. Currently we have to manually complete the reference number and then save the receipt in documents. Much easier in the one place.

  3. At this present time, no matter who creates the work orders, all work orders created under the portfolio, are listed under the property manager..... so all responses go directly to the pm.

    Why cant the work orders come from who is creating them, that way THEY get the responses back to their email and it is noted who has done them

  5. have tenants pay creditor invoices still through the ownership so it shows on landlord statements, and so we can still charge GST. BUT have it linked so these are not paid out to creditor until the tenant has paid invoice.

  6. For those businesses that have automated Invoicing approval and processing systems show NET amount ex GST, GST Amount and Gross Amount individually on invoice not just the GST and Gross Amount

  9. At the moment we can only turn on or off automatic communications to all owners. There is no option to have it only for select owners.

    We only have a handful of owners wanting to be invited to routine inspections and having the ability to turn on the automatic communications just for those owners would be ideal and save a long and tedious manual process of filtering the database to find those owners then send them an email.

  12. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.

  13. Owners details (NAME) are not appearing on work orders via link.
    Tax invoices should be addressed to the owner care of the estate agents address.
    There is no mention of the owners detail at all on the work order link.
    We have it set up so they get the owners details in the original email. However when work orders are going through to the contractors accounts department they are not receiving the owners details. We would like a field included on the work order to include owners details so invoices are received correctly.

  14. When in Invoice Genius, we would like the system to remember to remember the last Creditor used eg Yarra Valley Water when inputting a large batch of Invoices. We are currently losing a great deal of time searching for the same creditor for every invoice.

  16. Please add the creditors business name on the quote request email. Sometimes we CC'ed ourselves on the quote to outlook email. Its impossible to search or find the particular quote sent especially if we sent a few quotes for the same property, unless we check PT.

  17. Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  18. Please can you have a category that you can enter casual lettings, it needs to be separate from lost and gained properties as we archive and unarchive these properties. It affects our lost and gained properties if they have to go to residential rentals.

  19. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

  20. In order to create an ingoing inspection for a new tenant in PropertyTree, the tenant has to be first converted. To convert a tenant, information from a signed lease needs to be entered. In NSW, it is a legal requirement for an ingoing inspection to be completed and given to the tenant BEFORE a lease is signed.

    There should be an option to create an ingoing inspection on a prospect, and enter the information to appear on the ingoing there, rather than having to convert the prospect and therefore charge the owner a letting fee, before a lease has been…
