  2. Currently when an ownership profile and bank details are set up, Property Tree does not allow for unusual percentage distributions to owners when there are multiple owners.

    For example, if there are 3 owners with equal ownership of the property and each has different bank account details.

    Currently Property Tree accommodates 2 decimal places.
    - Owner 1 - 33.33%
    - Owner 2 - 33.33%
    - Owner 3 - 33.34%
    Total 100%

    The problem with this is that certain Trust set ups do not allow for this inaccurate percentage distribution.

  3. In the tenant section the "Total Arrears" should only show the rent arrears & not invoices too, I suggest creating a section below that showing the total invoices owing.

  4. It would be great to be able to access the lease document easily without hunting through documents. Including any old leases. Similar to the Compliance tab would be great.

  5. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  7. We are required to run vacated tenancy reports monthly, quarterly and required. We also have multiple housing programs and have different reporting needs.

    We currently have to keep our vacate files open until the following month before archiving to capture how many vacated in that month.

    We lose the benefit of being able to archive immediately because we cannot run historical data once archived.

    A feature that could be added to BI??

  8. Communications associated with a maintenance job, should be viewable within the maintenance job. Currently, to view any communications linked to a work order, you need to look through the contractor file, rather than the actual maintenance job. This is very time consuming.

  10. The property details section should have the option to include theatre/study so when looking at the property card for rent reviews/advertising, it is easy so see these additional features rather than just 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 cars.

  12. Ability to customise reports by adding particular reports for instance with the rent review reports when selecting a list of the properties that have never had a rent increase we can't see an original lease date field or lease end field that we can then sort and filter down to the relevant properties.

    The filters on some reports aren't working in particular the original lease start date filter and the column doesnt show on the report.

  13. To remove the ability of the renter to change the Routine inspection date in their comms via the portal. We are unable to use the automated reminders due to this. This would save us so much time as we are having to remind our renters of the inspection times. Thank you

  16. It would be extremely beneficial to have storage cage/units as a property detail in addition to the other attributes such as beds, baths and car spaces etc. This could be signified by an icon or even the word 'storage'

  17. We have multi owners who just see that they have received a payment in their bank statement. Several have asked if the property address can appear there so they know which one the payment is for. It is not currently possible to configure this.

  19. It would be great to have an alert on the tool bar that tells you when you have items in invoice genius, important for when you don't use it every day and someone is trying to communicate with you.

  20. Under the Tenancy preview, financial tab / Recent Transaction please change the date that appears on this screen to the date the invoice was paid not the date entered. We dont need to know when entered but if tracking payment history need to see what date they paid. Sometime not the same if a weekend between entering.
