We have a large portfolio and would like the ability to create a report of inactive creditors - both trades and other creditors so we can archive them on an annual basis and keep our records and database tidy. I have tried doing this through BI but it misses the creditors and doing it through Property Tree limits a search to 2000 records which is the size of our database so doesn't work either. Please advise if you have a better way.............. your support team recommended I put this idea here

  2. Can we have the option to change the background colour as currently it is very bright even though we reduce the brightness on the screen. The old Rest system used to let us do that.

  4. For those businesses that have automated Invoicing approval and processing systems show NET amount ex GST, GST Amount and Gross Amount individually on invoice not just the GST and Gross Amount

  5. Breach and Terminations notices would be useful to be shown on Rental Ledgers.

    Tribunal reports are not shared with PMs on references, Rental ledgers need to be the main source of arrears and breach notices information.

    This would give clear insight to Property Managers when looking at an applicants history, and on a business internal view, a snapshot of the tenants history of breaches and termination notices.

  8. You can search bond by type, however the filter is not functional when auditing to identify any missing bonds from your whole portfolio. For example, I have 4 bond types. Bank Guarantee, Owner Held, Term Deposit & Retail Bond Board. The filter does not allow me to search from all bond types if any of the tenancies are missing a recorded bond. I need to go through every tenancy to identify any that have no bond entered.

  9. An attachment dragged and dropped into a task (for example – an email, a PDF invoice, a document etc) is saving to the Documents Tab Notes column section in the following format ‘'Category: Property Task’. This is not descriptive at all and doesn’t shed any light on what is attached. Is there a way for them to save using the Task Summary wording or Task Category wording instead?

  10. When you have a property and owner that have not had any transactions it would be helpful to archive them instead of having to delete them. Ie Sometimes we will sign up a new management and for whatever reason it doesn't go ahead in the end. We then can't account for that as a lost property in proper reporting and retain the data in PT, there is only the option to delete the profile.

  11. At the moment we can only turn on or off automatic communications to all owners. There is no option to have it only for select owners.

    We only have a handful of owners wanting to be invited to routine inspections and having the ability to turn on the automatic communications just for those owners would be ideal and save a long and tedious manual process of filtering the database to find those owners then send them an email.

  12. have tenants pay creditor invoices still through the ownership so it shows on landlord statements, and so we can still charge GST. BUT have it linked so these are not paid out to creditor until the tenant has paid invoice.

  15. Would love to see an option to prevent part payment of agency fees & instead hold funds until sufficient to pay the fee in full.
    Would stop owners questioning multiple payments toward letting fees etc.

  16. Owners details (NAME) are not appearing on work orders via link.
    Tax invoices should be addressed to the owner care of the estate agents address.
    There is no mention of the owners detail at all on the work order link.
    We have it set up so they get the owners details in the original email. However when work orders are going through to the contractors accounts department they are not receiving the owners details. We would like a field included on the work order to include owners details so invoices are received correctly.

  17. When in Invoice Genius, we would like the system to remember to remember the last Creditor used eg Yarra Valley Water when inputting a large batch of Invoices. We are currently losing a great deal of time searching for the same creditor for every invoice.

  19. Please add the creditors business name on the quote request email. Sometimes we CC'ed ourselves on the quote to outlook email. Its impossible to search or find the particular quote sent especially if we sent a few quotes for the same property, unless we check PT.

  20. Please can you have a category that you can enter casual lettings, it needs to be separate from lost and gained properties as we archive and unarchive these properties. It affects our lost and gained properties if they have to go to residential rentals.
