owner statement to allow for full month as per accounting periods
Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.
As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

Statements to be available for bulk sending when processing payments only
When processing 'payments only' it would be good if there was an option to bulk send the statements to the owners/ creditors later on

Owner Statement with tenant part payments
It would be great if you could design a statement that carries on the tenant/s part payments to the following statement. Our clients get very confused when they may receive more than usual on month & then less the following month & don't understand why.

Water usage invoice restrict entry when tenant water usage set to No
In Invoice Genius and/or when entering water invoices, disable the ability to enter tenancy water usage if the tenancy has NO to water usage entered on the tenancy card. Currently, even though through Invoice Genius, you can see that it says NO if a tenant is not to pay water usage, however the system still allows for the usage invoice to be entered.

Reports on Vacates for the Month/Year to show metrics. To be able to create this report in BI select archived tenants. This will show busiest months

Add Account Description Column in Find Transactions
Please can we add a account description column next to the account code column in "find transactions". It will make it easier to read exported Excel reports without having to do a vlookup function.

Export All ledger type reports in Excel format
Our trust account auditor struggles with this every single year. They need the reports in excel format for analysis and testing which we cannot provide. Please enable the ability to export these reports in excel.

bank details to be entered by separate authorised user when creating new creditors
one user have access to create new creditors, however, not the bank details section. This is to be added by another authorised user. Or one user able to create the creditor inc bank details, however, needs to be authorised and approved by another authorised user.

mail merge templates need to be more user friendly
Mail merge templates for emails need to be more user friendly. Currently if you want to add an image you need to copy from an image on the internet - you should be able to copy an image off your computer. You also cannot add things like editable tables to the mail merge. To be able to provide comprehensive data to landlords adding a table would be ideal. The mail merge templates should function more like a normal word document merge.

Template fields to include respective "Property Manager" for signing off.
Have one link to which consolidates both the ownership statements and creditor invoices – this “one click” consolidation into one document is an appreciated convenience for owners to have statements and supporting documents in one file.

rent receipts to company when tenant has no email
When the rent is receipted and the tenant has no email, then send the rent receipt to the company inbox so it can be printed and sent to the tenant - like how PT does this with Automated Communications.

Batch Payment Payee Description eg agency / bond/ owner/ creditors
Batch payments have a reference number and no payee description. Is it possible to have the payee group listed, rather than having to drill down on the transaction to identify if it is a creditor, agency, bond or owner payment. If it could list the batch payment payee that would be helpful and time saving.

Have bond increase calculate automatically
With the new feature where a bond increase can be added with a rent increase, its it possible to have Property Tree calculate what the increase is rather than relying on users calculating this leaving room for mistakes. This could be a pre-determined setting based on bond being equal to 4 weeks rent or whatever is set up for each account.

Properties with no inspections

Apply a due date to maintenance requests for trades
When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.
