  1. Can Property Tree tasks and schedules integrate and populate into google or apple calendar similar to what VaultRE does with open homes (I.E when an open home is scheduled in VaultRE this sync/showed in our apple calendar)

  2. List the company name, p[hone and email address of the strata manager who is looking after the building in the event that works or reporting items that are on the common property

  3. With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

  4. When an Owner Statement is printed for those who still prefer this method, any invoices paid during the period should also be printed.

  6. Under the property compliance tab, allow an option to create a task straight from that so you aren't in effect duplicating data by then creating a task.

  7. When owners use their own trades or have specific trade person instructions for agent and tenant have a section of maintenance screen where it highlights so no errors are made in using incorrect people

  9. Presently the Caller ID on the contacts app displays the Contacts First Name and the Initial of the Surname. It would be more useful if the caller ID could display the Contacts Full Surname .

  10. REST used to have a temporary creditor button when adding a creditor so they were all deleted at the end of month automatically This would save time having to go through and delete them manually

  11. Rent Calculator is useless, it does not allow to calculate the rent or tells what is the paid to date. Eg. Please refer to PropertyMe Rent Calculator, it does have much more features on the rent calculator than PropertyTree.

  12. It would be helpful if we could have the option for more than one bank account to be configured for direct debit payments. E.g. if a couple each want to pay half the rent from there own accounts via direct debit.

  13. Please consider adding the option to select the property when paying selected creditors. It would make life easier as currently we need to go through all invoices entered although we only need to pay 3-4 (overdue) invoices for a specific creditor.

  15. Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.

    As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

  17. It would be great if you could design a statement that carries on the tenant/s part payments to the following statement. Our clients get very confused when they may receive more than usual on month & then less the following month & don't understand why.

  18. In Invoice Genius and/or when entering water invoices, disable the ability to enter tenancy water usage if the tenancy has NO to water usage entered on the tenancy card. Currently, even though through Invoice Genius, you can see that it says NO if a tenant is not to pay water usage, however the system still allows for the usage invoice to be entered.

  20. Please can we add a account description column next to the account code column in "find transactions". It will make it easier to read exported Excel reports without having to do a vlookup function.
