  1. Pre-built contractor questionnaires to choose from and customize. It would be really helpful to see some of the ways to structure the sign-in process for contractors. This could also be a good idea for the community portal where other users can share how they are integrating their contractors, what questions they are asking, and how they are storing and managing required documents. It would be interesting to see the best way to ask for pre-job and post-job documents and any permits requested to go paperless.

  2. Allow the functionality to upload a PowerPoint directly as images and raw text. The ability to select the page template and import content from a PPT slide would speed things up!

  4. Add the ability to report and view hazards from the mobile app and notify users when they are close to a reported hazard

    Also, Timed hazards will be very useful in farming. When spraying is done, hazards will exist for 24-48 hours and they expire

  5. Insurance Report - view column sort order: When try to setup an Insurance report layout to save as a view

    • The view order want to have Organization in the 1st column, then Org status, then Type, as per the screenshot of the excel layout
    • However, when tick Type, it always moves it to Column 1 ?
    • How can I get it to be defined in column 3

    Feedback from support is, this cannot be done as this is hard coded in the software.

    Request is to remove the hard coded column settings and allow flexibility of column…

  6. Can Employees that Host Contractors and/or Visitors, but are off site and not signed-in, be automatically made unavailable to host contractors or visitors.

    Employees should only be available to host contractors/visitors if they are on-site to host them.

  7. Add option to change work alone setting when changing work area/zone. For example, I may check in to work in Zone A working with a partner (not working alone). However, after completing the work in Zone A, I may move on alone to Zone B to do work there. It would be great if I could change my work alone setting in the OnLocation app at any time to reflect my work alone status at that time.

  9. Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.

    For example, employees from Department A are required to select Host, work Zone/Area, and whether they are working alone; whereas employees from Department B are only required to select Zone/Area and whether they are working alone.

  10. I have noticed the new evacuation report available from the Sign In/Out Manager page.

    If this could be configurable for sorting and filtering.

    OnEvac uses zones to group the employees, if the report could sort and page break with the same groups. that would be great!

  11. When a contractor signs in to a center the system only asks for a full name and we have multiple contractors with the same name, job title, and organization details. And with just the full name of the contractors anyone can sign in to a center which is a huge vulnerability in security and we had an issue of that kind. It would be really helpful if you could implement or introduce an additional security field like pin/MFA/auth.

  12. We have keys and passes that we sign out and in to contractors. We need an audit trail against a sign in to show assets going out and coming back. Would be great if you could have a tab that links to assets and lets a user assign out and check back in an asset or assets.

  16. If there is a click button in sign In/Out Manager for the admin person to send out an reminder to all staff who have not signed in or signed out that would be great and for this an option to put their on site days and times while creating their profile is required.

  17. The ability to pre-register contractors, we have the ability for pre-registering visitors, but it doesn't include contractors. This functionality would be a valuable improvement - it will give
    Improved security: We would be able to track who is expected to attend the site, which would help to improve security.
    The ability to confirm all requirements Insurances, Inductions etc are up to date BEFORE they attend site & are denied entry causing reactionary work

  18. More flexible options for induction notifications. The ability to set notification options per induction instead of for all inductions. The ability to receive fail notifications only, instead of both pass and fail notifications. This would cut down on the number of emails we receive - we only need to know if there's been a problem.

  19. It would be beneficial to be able to print out induction/training documents within OnLocation. This is required for FENZ Evac Schemes and workers that do not have email or mobiles. It would be easier than taking screen shots. Thanks

  20. We change our background image on 21 kiosks every month. Currently I have to change each one individually. I'd love to be able to do a Global change - much like there are now Global Questions. Same for other branding / colours, fonts etc
